This is a very user friendly program. Simply fill out the pertinent information and it will kick out three options. Read through the agreement and decide which one you want. Excellent coverage, pricing and overall experience. Would highly recommend this company!

I bought a policy through them for travel to Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova. Getting the Belarus visa was the most hassle of any of the 110 countries I have visited. Belarus embassy required an ORIGINAL face sheet from the insurance company to ensure that we were covered in Belarus. I called InsureandGo--they understood immediately. Within 3 days I had the original document from InsureandGo to send in! All that for a $60 policy! That's service! I now use them for my travel insurance anywhere in the world. Well, they don't cover Iran unfortunately. Gary

I think this is one of the easiest insurance sites to use. Very easy to compare to and to understand what you are buying. To change figures and re-check pricing. But of the hundreds of reviews I read, there were mostly people praising the 'buying' experience. There were few people with claims. My son went on a trip to Grenada and had an ER surgery there. Emailed company, they sent claim forms that day. Put in the claim mid-January, 2016 and was advised 30 days later the claim had been processed and was to be paid in full. Wow. Just be sure if you have any problems, you very carefully keep ALL receipts, documents, etc. Of course they will be needed for your claim! My son lost a few receipts, but the surgery bill was covered. I have recommended Insure&Go to everyone that mentions 'travel'. Great experience. Son purchased an InsureandGo Global Platinum plan.

It was a snap to review their policies and to decide on which one to buy.
When we had to delay our trip by a year, they were quick to look over our materials and paid us the full amount that we sought without any delays or red tape. Very happy with them!

Thankfully, we haven't needed to use travel insurance, but if we do, we are confident that our coverage thru Insure & Go will save us a lot of heartache.

Based on the great reviews, I bought this trip insurance---hopefully we will never need it! But if so, I am trusting the company stands behind the claims they promised! I never leave the country without trip insurance....if the reviews are factual, this will be my new international insurance company!

I will con't to use InsureandGo USA because they have treated me right and responded fairly quick with refund once they had all the documentation. I strongly recommend them.

This is the best place to buy trip Ins. better coverage and lower price then the Cruise Line's!! Don't leave home with out travel Ins. One broken leg, or hip could ruin your trip and your budget. Don't use your saving use your travel Ins. I have two replacement hips if something happens I have great coverage that allows meto fly home on a private Air Ambulance because I have trip Ins.

I was researching travel insurance for a world cruise we are taking which is both expensive and long. Some carriers had a limit on how many days (we couldn't use them) or how much they would insure (we couldn't use them). Fortunately, for those we did find, InsureandGo USA was extremely competitive on price ($1500 typically less than others who were quoting us) plus their coverage limits for emergency medical and other aspects are significantly superior. I had a few questions, they were easily and quickly answered through the toll-free number and I didn't have to wait in a long queue to get a warm body on the phone, either. I have no idea on what a claim will be like but I can say the purchase process, website quotation/purchase was very easily accomplished. If claims are as easy as this (and hopefully we have no claims) then I will really be thrilled with these people.
