Stock Issues
I placed the order and was advised of a delivery period as this was time sensitive but was then told one of the products I wanted was not in stock. Disappointing as no room to manoeuvre so ended up with alternative with different performance characteristic. Would have been better to have known at the point of placing an order.

“Free” Delivery
A couple days after ordering I got a phone call to inform me that they need to swap my brand of chosen insulation with another and that my “free” delivery is actually now going to be £60. Delivery guy was great though.

Disappointed as Products arrived badly…
Disappointed as Products arrived badly damaged took a lot longer to arrive than delivery time poor service all around as had to go out and fetch materials myself after paid £50 delivery charge still waiting for a refund 4 days later
