I never received my instant license and it has been four days.

Your initial email indicated it would take 1 to 6 hrs wherein I would receive a second email with the download instructions. Not only have I not received the second email I have repeatedly called and sent emails with no response from you. Please respond with the product as promised and paid for.

The link downloaded,but it would not install. The download took a full day (not instant). I called for support and am still waiting for a return call. I have downloaded from Microsoft,but still cannot get the key installed.

They refuse to get in touch with me. I've tried everything to get in touch with them. Is a fraud company and I'm putting in a claim.

I ordered the Microsoft 365 and expected to download it in my pc but couldn't receive it on my PC. However, I saw the download on my android phone's email. I bought it specifically for my PC.

Never received my license. Never got to talk to anybody, never got replies. To send you my emails as far as I'm concerned. This whole company is a scam.

Product not delivered. Refund my payment.

Clean install and registration. No issues so far with the software.

I’m having issues with the installation and I’ve reached out to the help desk and haven’t received a response to any of my emails.

No customer service. No support. They don't andswer emails, or take phone calls. The Licenses work, but I had a situation where I bought a license to install in a new pc which I had to return as defective. I asked if the license could be voided and reissued for the replacement pc and of course got no response, so I had to buy another license, so I bought 3 licansed for 2 pc's.

I was able to get the upgrade to the software I use everyday with no hassles.

I was not able to get the software down loaded as the directions didn't work for me. I contacted the company and had no feed back

Couldn't load it. Told by customer service to delete old oninstalled. Couldnt uninstall some versions and finally Microsoft Defender will not allow it to be installed.

We ordered Office 2024 and the download went fine. The license code that was provided to activate the installation with Microsoft failed. All the installation instances associated with the given license had already been used! It has been two days of writing requests for assistance with no response.

Also the phone number goes directly to voice mail. And the chat fails to come back with a response to anything. Asking to contact a representative doesn’t happen.

This site has been a waste of out time and our money!

I have never received my order. Order was placed on 5-30. I have sent two different emails to them and have had no response to either.

So far the product (Microsoft office 2024) that I had purchased works.

I can't figure out how to install it.
