My experience with Grid Power was disappointing. I expected better communication, clearer follow-through, and a more professional approach to resolving concerns. Unfortunately, I felt like the situation was not handled with the level of responsibility or urgency I would expect from a company.

I would advise anyone considering doing business with Grid Power to be very careful, ask questions upfront, and make sure every agreement, payment, and promise is documented in writing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend moving forward without clear proof of what is being agreed to and how issues will be handled if something goes wrong.
