Switched from my old action cam last...

Switched from my old action cam last winter and I'm not going back. The X5's stabilization keeps my ski footage looking intentional instead of chaotic, even on the rough stuff. The 360 capture means I stop worrying about which way the camera's pointing.

Great devices, excellent service

By now I own several devices and quite a bit of accessories from insta360. All devices work to my satisfaction and fulfill the promises made.
When I encountered issues on software level the support was helpful and communicating actively.
The devices I bought directly with insta360 were shipped in good packaging and fast within Europe without any issues regarding customs, as sending was done from within the European Union.

Insta 360 service support.

After my initial frustration and dissapointment with the insta360 support (AI).
I got through to the customer experiance team. Alisa couldnt of been more helpfull in addressing my concerns and we have come to a agreement that i am happy with.
What a differance it makes when talking to a human and not an AI Bot.
Depending on your location, communications can be delayed due to time zones but once in contact they are very good and solve issues out quickly.

Professional support and fair resolution

I had a positive experience with Insta360 technical support.

The process required some follow-up, but the team remained responsive and professional throughout. My case was carefully reviewed, and I appreciate the effort made to reach a fair resolution.

I am currently waiting to receive and test the repaired device, but so far the support experience has been handled well.
