Inspyer Lighting Reviews 

I emailed Inspyer after ordering 2 lights for my bathroom and had failed to see on the website that there was 6-8 weeks lead time.
After contacting, Adrian promptly messaged back and I told him that I would need to cancel due to them being taken abroad the following week. He contacted his suppliers, and by Tuesday I had received my beautiful lights. I can’t fault the service from this company. They certainly went the extra mile for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.. Thank you Adrian.

We ordered a Slamp lamp from Inspyer and whilst there were challenges (DHL import charge, transit damage and a manufacturing issue), Inspyer successfully overcame them all to the extent we are a happy customer who would willing use Inspyer again.

My two Heathfield lamps were carefully packaged and arrived intact, within the promised timescale. Inspyer could not be beaten on price. So - great customer service and very competitive pricing. About to order lamps from Inspyer again, for my bedroom.

Delivery was meant to be 2-3 weeks, it's now nearly 2 months and I still haven't received. I only get an update (excuse) when I initiate a query. Staff nice enough when I talk to them but the communication from the company is next to nothing. I'll not be using them again.

Update: Lamp has arrived and is great, frustrating process but in the end it all worked out and appreciate the response from Inspyer (could just be a bit more pro-active) - changed my star rating and will use them again due to the quality of the products.

Stunning product, packaged very well, delivered fast with plenty of notifications, will definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you!

Wowzers! Ordered anglepoise light and was delivered within two days! Very quick dispatch, excellent communication, easy to put payment and details in. Excellent company!

I did eventually get my lamp - and have ordered from Inspyer successfully. But I would say that I have had to email for info every time. So although my review below is maybe a little unfair I would have appreciated some flow of information throughout the time that developments to my order were happening. Having said that the lamp and everything else has been delivered in good condition. Adjusted rating up to reflect this.

The very good reviews on here are grossly suspicious to me after my experience which has not yet ended. I ordered a circa £600 DCW editions wall light on the 10th of January with a lead time of 2-3 weeks. After not hearing anything or receiving a tracking number for a few weeks I chased on the 27th January asking about my order. I was told that "We are still waiting for your light but are expecting our first post Brexit delivery any day now. Your light should be on this shipment so the wait shouldnt be too much longer."

Tomorrow marks the 1st of March and I haven't heard from the company or recieved the lamp.

I question the legitimacy of the reviews that praise communications because unless I chase I hear nothing and when I do I get dismissive inaccuracies.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I ought to in this instance. I ordered an Anglepoise 1228 floor lamp which arrived today. The lamp is lovely and I’m very pleased with it (I already have one so I know they’re really good quality lamps and looks fantastic). The delivery took ages, what with Covid and Brexit, but Inspyer kept me up to date with regular very detailed emails about what was happening so I really can’t fault their customer service and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

We ordered an anglepoise in October and are very happy with the great light fitting. Looks good in blue with the brass. Also a lot better than some of the cheaper models available.
We have purchased a few light fittings from Inspyer and they are a professional company. The website is good and communication from order to delivery is faultless.

I’d just like to say a huge thank you to LOIS at INSPYER LIGHTING, she certainly doesn’t need superman, keeping me informed on tracked delivery days and times and quickly dealing with my queries before and after ordering, any concerns I may have had dealing with a company new to me were quickly quashed and so much so that I’ll be ordering all my lights from her now and have just placed another order.

Have ordered a lamp and nearly one month later, it’s still hasn’t arrived...wouldn’t recommend

I've ordered two lots of Original BTC lighting from Inspyer recently. The prices have been unbeatable and excellent service.

Apart from the fact that they had a sale on just 3 days after I spent nearly a thousand pounds on some beautiful pendant lights (!), I have to say that Inspyer's service and delivery was impressive and exceeded all expectations. It's not often I give the highest possible rating, but they deserve it. If only other companies could follow their lead.
