Incredible customer service and wonderful products

Wow, amazing products I was visiting a Sushi Samba restaurant in Edinburgh, and found these beautiful table lights in the restaurant with a quick Camera Google search. I managed to find insight cordless lighting and order two table lamps and realised after I placed the order that I would need a remote control. The next day I left a voicemail with the company and advised if they could add the remote control to my order with the same card details they replied by email to say no worry no charge we’ve included the cordless remote control for you products have arrived and they are beautiful and high-quality. Will definitely recommend a lot of other companies could learn from this customer service, because I will for sure be coming back to buy more. Thank you Emma for your excellent customer service.

First Class Customer Care

I contacted customer services for advice when the remote was not working as it should. I received a response straight away with instructions how to pair the cordless lamp with the remote. When all failed I was sent a replacement swiftly. The customer services received was absolutely second to none. Thank you.

Loving My New Cordless Lamp with Remote Control

I’ve got a cordless lamp for my room with a remote control. I absolutely love the design and outstanding quality. The lamp is made from high-quality materials and truly complements my interior. Since it’s cordless, I can easily move it around my flat. The remote control allows me to change the lamp's colours while being on a sofa, or switch it off when I’m about to sleep. I totally recommend it!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from thier operation and customer service manager when I had a problem with my remote. Was promptly replaced. Would recommend this company 100%. The lamp is beautiful as well.

We just ordered 2 quartz tower battery…

We just ordered 2 quartz tower battery operated table lamps from this company. The lamps are amazing quality and great value. Very stylish and certainly safer than using candles or having cables trailing.
Love them. Also customer service and delivery are excellent.
