No fuss, no nonsense . . .

I was looking for a new supplier for my school prospectus, and after a few searches, I found inprintgroup.co.uk.

I ordered 1000 landscape prospectus with back page pocket and 1000 folders with the same outer graphics. Both products had Spot-UV on the artwork of the outer graphics.

The prospectus was delivered... perfect. Everyone very happy. However, the folders never had the Spot-UV applied. It was a simple mistake that anyone could've made. I contacted the company and told them of the problem, and with no hesitation, they apologized and immediately did a complete reprint which arrived this morning!

I am very happy with their work and for their no fuss, no nonsense approach to resolving an error.
