Not happy at all with this company
Not happy at all with this company. The first time I have ordered with them and will more than likely be the last. I placed an order WEB1707 and about 5 days later they contact me telling me they don't have the black top in stock and would I like to exchange it out for the pink? I agree and wait. Almost another week goes past and the box arrives, no tracking number ever given, no reply to 3 emails I send them so by this time i am little more than frustrated. I open the box and there is no pink top or black top and no explanation and no email with an explanation. Seriously? This is not the way to conduct business if you want your customers to stay with you. I always place smaller orders initially until I have some experience with them. Very disappointed. Having said that the clothing is nice as is just about everything I order for my customers from England.
