DREADFUL SELLER

One of the worst places I've ever ordered from. If you have any problems with an order, he will not help you, he will be extremely rude, unprofessional, not offer any resolution, and will constantly lie.

I see you've created a brand new account just to post another negative review... your style is very recognizable even with a pseudonym like "Mason Yuno," we don't have any customers by that name...
You've finally figured out that we will always respond to your reviews submitted, deleted, and then resubmitted using the "NN" account... We'll do the same for this account too...
Moreover, in this review, you don't even explain the nature of your order or the problem because we've already demonstrated that your sole desire is to harm companies that don't give in to your whims... You can keep creating as many accounts as you want, you're wasting a lot of energy on hate...
Again, your review is so ridiculous that we won't ask Trustpilot to delete it...

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order for 2 bottles of Amyl and 1 bottle of “Ultra Strong” poppers and I used the Amyl first, then the Ultra Strong. When I used the second bottle of Amyl, there was zero effect, and the seller is trying to claim it’s due to “habitation” which is false. When I finish one bottle of poppers, I always use a different bottle, so my body doesn’t get used to the same poppers, then the effects still work.
However, the second bottle of Amyl did not work at all.

I contacted “customer support” and HE (who cannot be named as he threatens with legal action if you don’t remove his name) LOL, was not interested in resolving the situation, and after multiple emails of pointless information and threats of him contacting his lawyer, he gave me the email address to the manufacturer and told me to contact them instead.

He completely refused to help, he offers zero customer support, he's in breach of European trading laws, and he's also in breach of PayPal's terms as they do not allow the sale of poppers through their platform as it's classed as a drug.

After a few emails back and forth, he’s started making false accusations against me and also threatened to get a lawyer involved (over one bottle of poppers) which tells me he doesn’t know how to deal with this minor resolution properly and professionally.

He could have easily offered a refund or replacement for the one bottle of poppers, but he chose not to and instead sent numerous false claims and threats, which I find insulting and extremely unprofessional.

He is claiming I am only trying to get a free bottle of poppers which is ridiculous. I wouldn’t go to all this effort just for one bottle of poppers that costs 8.50€. If I was only trying to get a free bottle of poppers, I would have done this on my very first order, not on a following order. All I want is to receive a working product which I paid for, or to be refunded for the one bottle that did not work.

He’s since gone on to make lots of false claims about me, and stalk my online profiles, which is very worrying since he’s supposed to be professional. This kind of behaviour is far from professional.

There is no surprise why he only trades online and has no store for collection, because looking at other customer reviews, it’s very clear he’s upset a lot of customers, so he needs to hide behind a computer screen.

He’s also stalked my Trustpilot profile and mentioned I leave a lot of negative reviews, which is true. How often do you see people on social media praise businesses that treated them well? Hardly ever. You only ever see negative reviews because it’s comments like those which are far more important which help other potential customers from going through the same or similar situations and getting scammed and lied to.

He’s created a lot of stress for himself and has had to fabricate a load of lies all for one bottle of poppers that likely cost him around just 5€.

Terrible service, disgusting attitude, compulsive lair, and zero customer support.

Sir,

You can delete your old review and recreate a new one (by modifying the text, of course), and we will respond the same way each time. Your method shows that it is only pettiness that drives you...

Not only do you not understand what we're writing (probably intentionally, otherwise it's worrying for your mental health), but you're also distorting and lying to portray yourself as a victim.

In reality, we quickly realized that you were trying to get a free product with a false reason.
It's impossible for two bottles of poppers from the same batch to be different; product traceability allows for verification. If your second bottle has less of an effect, it's simply addiction; you should curb your consumption.
At your insistence (that's a lot of emails from a company that supposedly doesn't care about you), we sent you the manufacturer's full contact information, as required by law when product quality is concerned.
You're saying we threatened you with our lawyer... over a bottle of poppers? lol... let's be serious, sir; On the other hand, providing personal information about our employees, as in the first version of your review, is unacceptable. You did the right thing by removing it because, since you're talking about the laws, you also have to follow them to the letter.

When you send us emails explaining that if we didn't give you a free product, you would leave negative reviews and report us to PayPal, this isn't a warning as you claim, but rather blackmail. You should open a dictionary to understand the scope of your writings (which we keep as proof)...

No, we won't give in to your pathetic blackmail, and we can even prove that you're an expert in this field... it's very simple.

We invite readers (and especially businesses) to click on your username and read your other comments; they're very revealing.

Since November 2022, you've left 83 reviews on Truspilot... including 82 1-star reviews... that's a lot, isn't it?
And it's always more or less the same: poor customer service because you don't get what you set out to get.
You even complain that a seller didn't send you the free sex toy they promised in exchange for a good review, so you confirm that you're doing it by "exchange" with your reviews. That's interesting... many sellers even indicate that you made a mistake and that it's another company because they don't know you... but you let the review as you're just crazy... But you even leave the comment errors because you only like to speak ill... lol

And the icing on the cake: you give Trustpilot a 1-star rating, which you use to post all your negative reviews because sometimes they delete comments (how surprising!)

We won't ask Trustpilot to delete your review; it's more valuable to the entire community so that we can understand your personality and intentions. Dear sellers/colleagues, don't give in to this individual's whims and respond as we do!

So, sir, please, you have no credibility... It's not you who has problems with companies, it's the companies who have problems with you... We've permanently blacklisted you from our store, and we don't even read your repetitive and tiresome emails anymore...

If you want to get benefits, you should try being polite and kind; you get goodwill much more often when you know how to do it.

Inventory overview lack of interest

You don't have an overview of your stock or ring sizes. Your inventory and ring size tracking are not organized. The way you conduct business-showing a lack of overview and inaccurate stock registration of your rings-is disappointing. Expecting payment for opening the plastic bag, which is necessary to measure the ring size, is unreasonable. I meassured the ring to again 10 mm, not 9 mm as I ordered. It’s troubling that I must invest time in resolving an issue caused by the obvious delivery of an incorrect item.
You claiming the size is 9 mm, telling me you don’t have 10 in your inventury stock.
You sent me 10 mm, I ordered 9 mm

Dear Sir,
You placed an order on Amazon for a 9mm piece of jewelry.
You contacted us to report a sizing error. You reportedly received a 10mm piece that you absolutely couldn't use (which seems perfectly legitimate to us), and that we should send you the correct size immediately (for free?).
We apologized and replied that it seemed difficult to have sent a 10mm piece since we didn't have one in stock when you ordered it (which you described as "a lack of overview," even though it's simply a piece of jewelry that sells very well...). To avoid unnecessary travel, we asked you for a photo of the measurement. You claimed a technical problem while confirming that we had indeed made a mistake.
In case of doubt, we provided you with a prepaid return label to obtain a 100% refund at no cost to you. Suddenly, you told us that you could probably use the jewelry, but that we could sell you another one at 50% off, and if you paid by bank transfer, we had to provide an IBAN.
We politely refused for several reasons (50% off isn't reasonable, Amazon doesn't allow transactions outside of Amazon, Amazon informs us about scam techniques) and we asked you to return the jewelry with two options:
- we made a mistake, you'll get a 100% refund, you didn't pay a single cent
- you made a mistake, we'll deduct the unnecessary shipping (France-Denmark-France) and the cost of sterilizing the item that was probably worn on your genital piercing
If we made a mistake, we take responsibility, you must take yours too. Despite several reminders, we're still waiting for the jewelry to arrive... You haven't even responded to our messages...
Ultimately, it was probably a 9mm...
There are definitely more and more scam attempts involving threats of bad reviews.
Why didn't you leave your review on Amazon?
Probably because Amazon verifies reviews... Here, nothing is verified...
