Less than 3 years old and mattress is already useless! Contacted Inofia, got initial email returned then they don't reply. Contact number doesn't work.

Save yourself time and money by avoiding this company and spend a few quid on another brand as it will save you in the long run.

Only gave 1 star as won't allow me to leave no stars.

I ordered a foldable mattress I needed for a travel.
I believe INOFIA shipped the product, but then FedEX provided a "proof of delivery" although the product wasn't received by the professional warehouse company that receives parcels on my behalf. They are trust-worthy and I've worked with them many times before. If they haven't received the order, they really haven't received it. It's even easier to deliver a parcel to them than an individual that lives at a private address and is out all day at work...
After explaining the situation, INOFIA just sent me the so called proof of delivery twice, and that's it. Everyone got paid, but me, I'm left without the money, and without the product I've ordered.

Avoid!!! I ordered a mattress topper, very prompt delivery, but when I opened the box it was a full mattress and not a topper. I contacted them immediately to try and rectify the problem but the only way is via email and they have only replied to say “warehouse may have made an error “. I now have a king size mattress with nowhere to store it and do not have the topper I ordered and paid for. Total scam. Avoid at all costs

Save your money, my mattress that was less than£100 was better quality and the so called warranty would actually involve someone responding to you.

Do not purchase from this company as a telling sign of a reputable company is one that you can get in contact with for queries or just in case you have an issue.

I contacted them on 30 September 2025 and they were too eager to respond as they thought I was a new gullible customer. I was testing if the email address was working. As soon as I responded to their message to enquire about their 10 year warranty they went ghost.

Your best bet is to likely spam their inbox to prompt a response unfortunately.

Very disappointing considering the mattress wasn’t bad initially.

Save your money and go to a trustworthy company who actually respond, it’s not worth the stress.

I've had this mattress for just over two years, and a spring is now protruding through it. I've attempted to contact Inofia multiple times with no success. Their only support options are an email address and a direct message form on their website—neither of which receive any response.

This feels like a scam. Avoid this company.

Recently purchased a 12-inch hybrid. This is my 3rd purchase for various beds in our house. I cant fault them.

Inofia mattress failed after 6 years, 10 year warranty is meaningless, inofia did not honour the warranty and in the end i had to buy an alternative from a more reputable company. Meanwhile I personally would worry about the 5 star reviews here apparently written by persons who have only ever written just one review, they are simply too good!

Doesn't respond to E-mails or have a working contact number. At first we were happy with the product. They are supposed to have a 10 year warranty so it's a no brainer but you have no way to claim. We have 2 and wouldn't buy another, 3 years in and the mattresses have both gone faulty in random sections.

I have bought two trifold memory mattresses from Inofia. One a couple years ago, and one this Spring. Both are really great. I sleep on one of them every day, it's very comfy, and I fold it into a mini sofa in daytime. Two of my friends liked our mattress so much they bought them, too, and are very happy with them.

This was a complete scam. I ordered a mattress, it came and it's extremely uncomfortable, not fit for purpose in any way,

I've tried to contact on multiple occasions, including by phone, check the number on the website and you will see that it does not accept phone calls.

The returns and refund policy, as well as the warranty policy, appear to be a scam. No responses to my various emails asking for a return, no way of contacting other than by email which will be ignored once the order is processed.

Avoid this company at all costs, do some research and you will see this is a common issue with inofia.
