The UK selling system can be truly horrible for leaseholders. Yet William Holland at Innovus made it all digestible. He was with me every step of the way, offering support where needed and ensuring I was informed and supported until the very end, even though the process was complex and lengthy.

William didn’t just support getting documentation for the sale; he expertly navigated the solicitor demands and the management challenges that come with a leasehold sale. He helped coordinate the various requirements from buyers’ solicitors, provided reassurances, and kept the process moving smoothly as possible. I truly think without him our sale would fall through.

Beyond the sale itself, he supported us through the tedious process of obtaining the air conditioning licence, guiding us through the necessary steps and approvals.

I rarely write reviews, and I certainly rarely come across outstanding people who go above and beyond. William Holland is one of those exceptional individuals. If you come across Will, you’re in good hands—trust me.
