We understand that these reviews do not create a good impression of our service but it is not a true reflection of our overall service. Sending out over 600 orders a month this accounts for less than 1% of our total orders despatched in good time and without issue.. However, we are working to avoid these issues in the future. Being a small business, also running a shop alongside the website, we cannot always answer every phone call and email and some are missed but never intentionally. They are a bunch of fraudsters. I bought a crate from them, which was the wrong size so I sent it back. Still awaiting a refund from them of £215.00.... Looks like I wont get one now....
Officially in liquidation - still trading until 17.18 today, now not…what worked for me….
Like many since end May, ordered, no goods! Multiple failed contact attempts. Officially in liquidation, creditors contacted, but still selling on line (a Civil Offence while in liquidation) until this evening. No longer listed as Maelson distributor. challenged Quantuma this afternoon - website is now down.
Keep any evidence of online selling May/June/July - left in your basket, we’ve not heard from you in a while…..

Ask your bank for chargeback - Debit Card
Contact your credit card company ask for the equivalent - if you’ve had chargeback notify the liquidators you’re not a creditor non responses might disadvantage others out of pocket.

I put the same Maelson crate in the basket last week, got two email reminders, unsubscribed still got a we haven’t heard from you in a while 2/7. This is the same Maelson Crate ordered 18/5, verbally promised w/c 10/7 which never materialised - still taking money for the same item with a promised 10 day turnaround……shocking, have copied emails to Action Fraud ….and pointed out in response email to Quantuma.
Trading while in liquidation is a civil offence…informed Quantuma will send all emails to The Insolvency Service (effectively the regulator) - this has gone on at for weeks and is a lot of money, and the Director says on here they have 600 online orders a month - some people may still be waiting in complete trust, and some of those orders are a lot of money…
Citizens Advice absolutely best source of advice re getting money back, especially if you don’t get chargeback….good luck - we do have rights, the more noise everyone makes the better.

Spent £355.00 on a dog trailer, delivery should have been within 3 days! Chased with a query and got told within ten days. My gut said do a chargeback and I should have.
Today I received the liquidation notice and can’t figure out if they’re just a bunch of scamming mother lovers or if this was a legit business gone bad.
Will be keeping an eye out to see if the directors setup again so I can send a bailiff to collect what’s owed.
Liquidation without informing us and no refunds received
Company has gone into Liquidation but the website is still running as normal. I ordered a £200 large dog crate over a month ago. I chased after 10 days and they said they were waiting for it to come from Germany. I was going to have it the week after - or did I want a refund. I said I'd be happy to wait a week. Now it still hasn't arrived and now I received an automated email they have gone into liquidation. No refund??? The website should be taken down immediately so nobody can order with them.

Ordered a soft dog crate which was subjected to a 10 working day delivery time. After this time delay I emailed Inner Wolf asking if they notified when delivery will be made and I received the following "It is with regret to inform you that we've had make the difficult desicion to close Inner Wolf with immediate affect.
After 10 working days had passed I asked Inner Wolf would they contact to inform me of predicted despatch date. The order was placed on 6th June and monies taken for the order in excess of £100. In reply I received the following via email auto response:-

I notified my bank re chargeback to credit card. I notice that online the company appears to be trading.

I have made too many attempts now to get a response from Inner Wolf after reporting a purchase that has not been received. I have left phone messages and emails but no one has ever bothered to return any communication and/or refund me for the missing acme dog whistle. I have now come to the conclusion that this must be a scam site.

Wow. So all along we all knew that something was seriously wrong with this company which has taken our money and not delivered goods, and now I see they have gone in to liquidation apparently. Makes me wonder how they have the nerve to have that column on the right of the page saying that although the reviews look bad they’re alright really. Yeah right. Lots of fuming customers. Hope that we all get our money back somehow.

I am only leaving a 1 star review as I am unable to leave 0 stars, NEVER EVER give this company your money. I ordered an item online on 18th May, never received a dispatch date or estimated delivery date, check my order status and it just says processing with no further updates since 21st May!!!!!!!!!! Tried to call the shop several times no one EVER answers and no one responds to voicemails I have also sent several emails, the last one threatening to launch a fraudulent claim with my bank if I don't receive a response, that still didn't prompt a response or delivery of my item so I have now raised a fraudulent claim with my bank and they are investigating this. Absolutely disgraceful service and they do not deserve anyone's money.

Two weeks passed, nothing so I emailed and they said for this product allow 10 working days. Despite numerous further emails and leaving a phone message, not heard a thing. I have now emailed to cancel my order but judging from the other reviews I shall end up suing them for the money back via HMCTS.
