Please do not use this company to store…

Please do not use this company to store your personal belongings,my freezer came back to me full of mould and two chest of drawers had packaging tape put on them to keep the drawers closed when tape was removed it also took the top layer off so both are ruined when I complained they tried saying we had done it which is a total lie,terrible service and no way could I ever recommend this company

We acknowledge the concerns raised in the recent review. In the case of the freezer, we appreciate the feedback on its condition, however it's clear from our records that the freezer had pre-existing issues, including wear and mould as detailed on our storage inventory document which was signed by yourself on the day of your move to Inline Storage. With respect to the chest of drawers, our move team were not allowed access into your sons bedroom, his furniture was left outside the bedroom door for our move team to collect with the 2 chest of drawers already taped for removal using tape we had delivered previously at your request. We understand that our customers expect their belongings to be treated with care, and we take this responsibility seriously.

Furthermore, we are pleased to hear that the housing association offered a new freezer to resolve the situation, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. We regret that this offer was turned down, as we always aim to find solutions that work for everyone involved.

We also want to express our appreciation for our long-standing relationships with housing associations and cherish the trust they place in us. This trust is built on over 30 years of dedicated service, and we remain committed to maintaining these standards. We invite anyone with concerns to reach out to us directly as we are here to listen and support you every step of the way.

Highly professional removal company

Used Inline removals full packing service and couldn’t have wished for better service. Billy and his team were hard working professionals. Nothing was too much trouble even down to putting washers on our wobbly table to make it safe and secure. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first class removal company.

Moving & Storage Superstars.

Moving & Storage Superstars.

I am writing on behalf of a large Developing Housing Association. Terry and the team at Inline have been nothing but superb helping us move residents in & out of accomodation whilst we carried various remedial works to the homes as required.

They also offered a storage service which has been fantastic and a great resource for us as often the moving in and out is fairly short term and a better solution than bringing all furniture along at move in/move out.

The team did such a fantastic job that we have appointed them to assist on further projects since.

In reference to Ali B's review on 22nd of December below, I believe there to be a fundamental misunderstanding here & would like to absolve responsibility from Inline removals as this was a more complex case, where various other removals companies had been involved previously prior to us appointing Inline removals more permanently. Essentially, the furniture which was understood to be stored by Inline was actually stored by another provider. I am currently actively attempting to contact Ali B to resolve directly, hopefully once resolved we will both be back to update our reviews.

Great Service great team.

After seeing how well Inline moved our son and family we decided to engage them to move us from London to Stansted. We were not disappointed. They were considerate and professional throughout. Even though the move was delayed by some months they were helpful and supportive. Especially Lisa in the office and Terry taking our calls and emails. On the day the team were on time and considerate making the move as smooth as possible. At each stage they kept us informed with clarity. A really wonderful team who worked really hard to get us installed into our new home. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I understand that you were disappointed with the outcome of your storage query, and for that, we apologise. Your storage items were collected as part of a decant project instructed by our client, who signed the necessary documents and the storage inventory form that listed and confirmed the items we collected.. We provided a competitive storage quotation when the contractual obligation ended, which you accepted. However, upon the re-delivery of your storage goods, you informed us that the collected items were not yours. We want to clarify that as a trusted contractor, we relied on our client's instructions without questioning or validating the ownership. If any error occurred, it was on our client's part, not Inline Removals'. Regarding the storage charges, it's important to note that we only charged you for 16 weeks out of the 23 weeks from February to July, resulting in a savings of £100.80. Additionally, we re-delivered your goods free of charge, saving you £336.00. In your email, you mentioned different items that were allegedly collected by another mover in 2018 and confirmed as lost. Any questions or queries you had were promptly answered and accompanied by relevant documents. We appreciate your feedback and take complaints seriously, always working towards a quick and successful resolution. Inline Removals remains committed to providing excellent customer service, as outlined in our Customer Satisfaction Policy. We believe that we have acted reasonably and in good faith throughout this matter. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss this further.

I used inline removals this January for a move to yorkshire

I used inline removals January this year for my move to Yorkshire. I have previosuly used inline removals in 2018 & 2020. The team at inline removals on each occasion were absolutely fantastic, especially Brian who was the foreman on each move. He kept me informed on delivery times and made sure everything was delivered to my new home and unpacked without me being on site. I have no hesitation in recommending inline removals.

Top Team… Couldn’t have ask for better!!!

Amazing experience with Inline Removals, as you may know moving is very a stressful task and I couldn’t have felt more at ease with the team. The team came in and made my moving experience a dream. It was a 2 day pack and move job, with the first day packing up the bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room into boxes. It showed that this team had vast experience as I didn’t even have to ask about my fragile items. Everything was double wrapped in padded wrap, boxes evenly packed, marked fragile and which bedroom it came from which made it easy when unpacking. The men even left out the essentials that we needed until the following day, ie bed as we thought we’d have to stay with my parents but the team was so polite and assured us that it was no issue and that they could take the beds the 2nd day. When everything was delivered, they then unpacked and arranged our furniture in the correct location we would have wanted them. All I had to do was make sure the team had tea and coffee and they wore happy haha, this was the least I could have done for them. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience with moving!

Great service and lovely staff

Inline moved me in December from Hornchurch to Chingford, my first full home move and I must say I was very impressed, I was as nervous as hell but they totally put me at ease from my first contact till closing the door after they moved me in. All office and removal staff were so polite and obliging. Every box and piece of furniture was treated carefully and with respect. I will definitely be recommending Inline to friends and family in the future.

Fantastic service

I received a professional service from the free moving home survey, contact with their office and on my removal day.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful going the extra mile in every way.

There Awful things damaged broken…

There Awful things damaged broken missing Dressing tables water logged and glass rail missing bits of metal surety left outside no care taken still missing things they got rid of dressing table and put back stuff that was ment to be dumped Awful they ruin stuff

It has come to my attention that you have posted a review via Trust Pilot on 18 December 2022 in respect of the service you have received from Inline Removals. I feel that a response is appropriate to clarify the Inline position. This is the second review you have posted, the other review that you posted on Trustindex about inline removals was removed by Google following investigation.

Inline Removals have been operating a successful and highly regarded removal business since 1991, during which time we have many positive testimonials as to our integrity and quality of service delivered.

We take complaints very seriously. You may recall that when we spoke on 18th November 2022 and you expressed some concerns in respect of the removal, I requested that you put any complaint in writing (as explained to you that this would be in line with our company Complaints Procedure) and allow us to more fully investigate and assemble all the facts. I advised you of all the necessary contact details and our complaints procedure.

To date, I have not received any written complaint from you. We are, therefore, not in final position to fully respond to your allegations.

However, there remains the challenge of the serious allegations you have made within your Trust Pilot posting. We understand that you may feel that you have not received a level of customer care which we pride ourselves in providing and which you are entitled to expect. However in this case, from our further investigations, we can confirm that you were not present during your move(s) and that you appointed your local housing representative to oversee the items for removal to your new property and that you donated certain items to your neighbour pre move. We also understand that the property we removed your goods from was undergoing remedial works with other contractors on site and we therefore cannot establish or confirm sufficient facts or circumstances to support your complaints/allegations without further evidence and input from yourself.

Excellent removal service from the initial quote by Terry to the actual move. Professional, courteous and respectful of our belongings. Terry and Lisa made the whole stressful process seem very straightforward. Their removal team were brilliant! Would highly recommend.

Inline - A First Class Removals Service

I am a very fussy customer and have used different removal companies over the years, but Inline are definitely among the very best, if not the best. They are professional, caring, communicate clearly, and do exactly what they promise. Their price was surprisingly good, too! Thanks to them, my dreaded move from Romford to Colchester went totally as planned and all my stuff arrived in first class condition, including very heavy period furniture, white goods, and 65 inch TV. If you want a stress-free professional move at a great price, then I emphatically recommend Inline Removals and Storage to you. My hearfelt thanks for a first class service!
