I've put both the quality and delivery of my brand in the hands of Inkthreadable for the past 3 maybe 4 years and I haven't been disappointed. Sure, things go wrong occasionally, but the point I would make is that it's dealt with swiftly with no quibbles or finger pointing. The service is excellent. The print quality is excellent. And they seem to have the largest print area on a T-Shirt that I've come across.

If I have only one gripe is that there's no sample service for embroidery. If you want to see the results of the digitisation of an embroidery design, you have to also cover the cost of embroidering on a new T-Shirt as opposed to a swatch of material. With that said, I've been assured they'll look in to how to offer a sample service in the future.

There are plenty of DTG drop shipping business out there, and I've passed my business around a few times now in the past years. My experience is that you can pay as much as you like, or as little as you dare, but for me the only true differentiator is service which they have in spades.

There was a problem with a reorder, without hesitation and almost by return of my email, Em has resolved the problem. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're dealt with. Very much appreciated!

I've used Inkthreadable as my UK supplier for a Print on Demand business. They are professional, offer good quality products, and integrate seamlessly with Shopify (and others, though I haven't tried them)

If I've ever had to contact them the customer service has always been excellent, and has that personal touch that cannot be replicated by the AI nonsense associated with other suppliers.

Like any print on demand store , mine has the occasional problem .
A quick email to Inkthreadable staff and the problem is either solved or a solution is offered . Great company to partner with

I have been using Inkthreadable's services for a couple of years now and they have always done a brilliant job at delivering my requests. I mainly took advantage of their POD service and loved that I could create products and send them out across the country. I used their bulk order service for the first time this month for 50 hoodies for the members of my combat academy and the service was brilliant from start to finish—a huge thank you to Matt who assisted me through the process. I ordered AWDis hoodies for the first time and the members really love them. The quality of the DTG print was really as always and the hoodies themselves. I am a fan of the Stanley/Stella range, so I made sure to order one to compare.

I still prefer the Stanley/Stella hoodie over the AWDis one.

Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again soon. =D

Overview
I have had an active account with the good folks at Inkthreadable since September 2024, when i launched my brand. I initially ordered two rounds of sample products to test out the quality of their products and services before fully committing to building my Shopify store and linking with them as fulfilment partners.

Customer Service
They have consistently responded to inquiries quickly and efficiently and gone above and beyond when i needed urgent attention to specific orders, even helping to iron out and fix some tech gremlins in the back end of Shopify!

Product
Consistent and high quality print quality. So far print quality proving durable and my customers are happy with their products. On the occasion of something not being right they are quick to respond.

Shopify Integration
Starting a POD brand from scratch can be daunting but with their trusty Blog instructions i was able to integrate my store step by step; sync my products and so far their App and automations have been working well.

Shipping Times
They routinely meet the 3-5 day production window target, often shipping faster at less busy times. Most notably they shipped an urgent order that landed with a customer just in time for Christmas and *handy tip - make sure to over-communicate last shipping dates with your customers!

Conclusion
I hope this review helps to reassure any budding POD brands out there to take the leap of faith and go for it! Inkthreadable are a friendly and efficient family-run British business who have really helped facilitate me to successfully launch and run the creative business i'd always wanted :)

Totally out of order systems, multiple orders messed up, each time receiving different material based items, zero quality control. Now previous order waiting for all month and got email from them stating my address is wrong so I need to pay extra to reship it (even when previously was shipped to the same address multiple times)- you literally a time wasting to other businesses one big joke.

I had a design issue today that I wasn't sure how to resolve. Em not only helped me but actually fixed the issue herself. Very much appreciated!

Service is working great. Good communication when things are out of stock and good at offering replacement colours or items. Had an issue and they fixed it via chat no problem at all.

We've used Inkthreadable for the last 12 months for all of our merchendise. The quality is great, and importantly the customer service is excellent.

There are lots of print-to-order type services and shops around now, but we choose Inkthreadable as it's a British company (based in the north like us) staffed by knowledable and helpful people who will pick up the phone and chat - rather than a faceless internet-only type organisation. They do however, make all the online stuff really easy with fully automatic syncing with our website and social media, so it's all done with the least stress from our end.

Would fully recommend.
