I’d run out of ink much sooner than expected only to realise my replacement cartridge was for our old printer. Classic me! Mike called me back when I left a message, jumped right into solution-mode, processed the order, and the new ink arrived the very next day. Perfect service.

Selena was always fantastically helpful.
But my last order that I paid for by phone, after Selena had gone on leave or left, for two colour and two black cartridges still has not arrived.
I'm not sure of the date, about ten days ago.

I have installed the ink in my Canon printer and it works just as well as the originals.
Usually Canon printers will not accept or print properly with other inks.
