Bought a waste cartridge for a canon…
Bought a waste cartridge for a canon 4050 advertised as in stock at start of June, received email immediately after purchase to say out of stock and will be dispatched 5-7 working days. Emailed after that had elapsed and they said 23rd June. Waited till 2nd July and still no word. Refunded requested and says it will be 5-7 days for the refund. A month of waiting and miss communication. Would avoid.

Not so Easy to see
I ordered from this company because the information indicated that the item I wanted was in stock. I checked several times and I could see where it states that they don't have the toner. After they took the payment they contacted me to say that they were out of stock. I would not have ordered anything if I had known that they didn't have the item.
