After 30 years of marriage my husband decided it was time for him to buy me an “engagement ring” so after some online research I decided on Ingle and Rhode. I liked the idea of choosing the design and style of my ring whilst using a lab grown diamond and recycled gold. I made an appointment with Bianca and after a few attempts by Eurostar to prevent us returning home my husband and I met up with her in the London office. Having emailed Bianca with an idea of what my perfect ring would look like she made the whole process so easy and fun. Bianca guided us professionally through the ring setting styles and explained about how diamonds are graded for cut and clarity and showed me examples of gems to check that I was happy with my final choice. 6 weeks later we collected my ring and to say that I’m over the moon is an understatement. The quality and craftsmanship of my ring is exemplary and it’s pure simplicity makes me smile with joy every time I look at it. Thank you so much Bianca for your expertise and making this experience so truly special and I cannot recommend Ingle and Rhode highly enough.

I would whole heartedly recommend Ingle and Rhodes the help I received from all the Ladies was professional, friendly and for an average man who is not particularly good at choosing jewellery the service received was extremely helpful. I do not live in London and had the ring I ordered sent to me. This process was great, and it arrived on time and very discreetly packaged so that my proposal was kept a surprise.

My experience from start to finish was superb. I have my dream ring which is my 10 year anniversary ring and its STUNNING I can’t stop looking at it. It took about 4 months from start to finish but so worth the wait. We had to find the right diamond and it then had to match my image I had in my head for the setting. From my first phone call to picking up the ring Ellie has been fantastic and very informative along the way. Hayley, the designer was so patient with me going back and forth on design and also had amazing ideas to really elevate the ring. The product and service is truly wonderful so much so I want to buy a new piece every year ( just have to convince the hubby ;) !! Well done team I&R

Today I received my second piece of bespoke jewellery from Ingle & Rhode, a pair of gorgeous white gold, diamond and ruby drop earrings. These have been designed by Hayley to complement the ruby and diamond ring that she designed for me last year. The whole process of design and creation of a unique piece of jewellery is fascinating and enthralling, and I am in awe of the phenomenal skills of the team at I & R. It is wonderful to have a completely unique piece that you have played even a small part in designing; your initial thoughts are transformed into numerous creative options and developed on together. I would thoroughly recommend Ingle & Rhode to anyone looking for something very personal and special, you won't be disappointed.

I wanted to get a ring for my partner to surprise her when we were to visit Disneyland at the end of Feb. My partner was keen to avoid natural diamonds because of where they came from and how the miners were treated, so lab grown was definitely the route for us. However, when I contacted other companies they could not offer any details about the clarity, colour or provide detailed photographs. Then I found Ingle and Rhode's website where they had all the details in a searchable and viewable form so you could chose the exact lab grown diamond you wanted. ACE!

A short call to the team about colours of rings, settings and other details and we were set. The only issue was the lead time; as a bespoke ring they needed a while to make it for me and as we were in lockdown (ahead of the holiday) I could not come to collect it. However, they pulled a blinder and we got the ring the day before we were leaving (ahead of the original planned date).

In all of my dealing with Ingle and Rhode they have exceeded my high expectations and have gone above and beyond what others have offered. If you want an ethically sourced ring [the platinum was from recycled tech and my partner is geeky so loved that part too :-)] then these should be your first stop, no question.

I have (now had) very little knowledge about jewellry / engagement rings prior to visiting I&R. I was recommended the company by a friend who had previously used them.

Upon first contact, I was invited into the private shop. When I first visited, the attendent (Lina) went through the different aspects of various engagement rings very thoroughly, showing me several pre-fabricated designs. I was able to buy a placholder ring to propose with and have a designer simultaneously work to create a bespoke ring from scratch, with the understanding that I could bring the first ring back and have the cost contribute to the designed ring upon return once created.

The designer (Hayley) was very thorough, creating several designs and explaining how certain aspects would work / the drawbacks of other design characteristics, which was very helpful given my limited knowledge. The whole process was done remotely via email and phone. Support was always at hand from other members of the company as well when I requested it.

The final design is just what we wanted and at a very good price - although we were recommended I&R and I would have gladly paid a premium for the service they proivded had I known in advance, I checked with several other jewellers and found I&Rs prices to be lower.

I met the one of the founders (Tim) on picking up the final ring and he ran through the business's very strong post-purchase services, including a ten-year warranty.

Overall extremely pleased and not surprised to see such a high rating on this site.

Ingle and Rhode were exceptional throughout the whole process. I was purchasing and engagement ring, so I had a lot to learn. Their website is very useful and helps you build your own ring. I also had an appointment for initial discussions and consultations. They were great at talking through options, giving suggestions and supporting on ring size. I work overseas and so the logistics were complicated but they were so flexible and helpful. Everything went well and the ring was even delivered to the house. Brilliant follow up service for additional questions and support. Beautiful products and great service.

I recently worked on a photoshoot where Ingle and Rhode Supplied the Jewellery. They were absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend them.

After a long search for an engagement ring, my husband found Ingle and Rhode. They helped us design my engagement ring, which beautifully incorporated both our personalities. They produce incredible works of art that become family heirlooms. Exceptional customer service and incredible product. Sadly my husband did eventually lose his ring, but they were able to reproduce the original and it was like he'd never lost it. Highly, highly recommend Ingle and Rhode!

I purchased a beautiful necklace and earring set from Ingle and Rhode as a present for my Mum on her 70th Birthday. My Mum is absolutely delighted with her new pieces and had a beaming smile when she put them on for the first time, which made me so happy.

The whole team, Lina and Ellie in particular, at Ingle and Rhode were very helpful in processing my order and dealing with my requests, and I am tremendously grateful to them.

We love Ingle&Rhode, when I first was looking for an ethical engagement ring I found them and got our engagement and wedding rings from them. The service was excellent! So good in fact that 10 years later I went straight back to them for our eternity ring the service was brilliant again. We also regularly send our rings to them for a polish and clean - they come up like new.

I honestly cannot recommend Ingle & Rhode enough. Ben and I knew that we wanted a conflict-free and ethical diamond, and we were so delighted to find Ingle & Rhode (and I was so glad to be part of the process...!) Ellie was so warm and helpful, and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what she does – we really enjoyed meeting her on several occasions, and she responded to all our questions and requests quickly and with such consideration; we really felt that we were getting a bespoke, personal, 1:1 process. I am beyond delighted with my beautiful Aria ring with my stunning lab-grown diamond – I'm 6 weeks engaged, and still don't stop staring at it in all different lights. I had my engagement ring designed and made at Ingle & Rhode - the entire team from the day I first reached out to completion was extremely warm, helpful, creative and knowledgeable. Absolutely first class service and design - the ring exceeded both mine and my partner's expectations.

From the initial enquiry I made online it didn't take long to get a response and an invite to come and talk about my ideas.
My initial consultation was with Ellie who was incredibly patient as I had no idea how to describe the ring that was in my head! I also had no idea about what size ring to get but this didn't phase Ellie at all. At no point did I feel pressured to continue the process and it was a friendly and informal chat to get a picture of what features I might like the finished piece to have.
Haley was very quick to turn around 6 beautiful hand drawn designs and (again) was incredibly patient with me while I was tweaking the smallest things, which continued throughout the CAD process.
What has come out the other side is the most incredible ring which has all the little features of a number of rings I knew my (now) fiancé likes that have been beautifully mashed together into the finished engagement ring.
The team at Ingle & Rhode made what I thought would be a very stressful process into a very relaxed, and fun experience!

The shop is located in a beautiful part of London which is easy to get to. Inside the shop itself I felt comfortable and relaxed. Being the first time buying an engagement ring I thought I might feel pressured but that was not the case.

After ordering the ring communication was great throughout and delivery was on time.

Upon opening the box I was taken aback by the how flawless the ring looked. I was genuinely lost for words.

I am so glad that I found Ingle & Rhode when looking to buy my partner an engagement ring - they are superb, and the products are wonderful.
Buying an ethical ring was really important to my partner and I, and so I was immediately drawn in by Ingle & Rhode - unlike a lot of ethical jewellery companies, their rings are still very contemporary.. which was exactly what my partner wanted!
I had a couple of calls with Ellie during the process, who was so helpful - despite not having a great idea of what to go for, she was decisive and led me towards my own decisions; highly recommend speaking with the team, because they are wonderful (and lovely people too).
Can't recommend using Ingle and Rhode highly enough - my partner loved the ring that I chose, and we would definitely use them again for jewellery in the future.
