INFINITY BRACELETS of LONDON Reviews 

DO NOT USE!!! Bracelet bought at start of December but was faulty, another faulty bracelet sent out start of January, mid January the wrong bracelet that was half the price of the one ordered was sent out. Three incorrect deliveries and now no response for over three weeks. I have had to set up a gmail account just to warn people, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have used this company many times before without any problems, that was until my last order. I ordered a bracelet on the 21st December and paid for next day delivery. To date a month on I am still waiting. The money for this item has been taken from my account in full. The customer service team are absolutely disgusting, I have only received one acknowledgement to my query, which told me to contact the dispatch company and follow up with them, details of which I would find on my dispatch confirmation email. To begin with I explained I had never been sent a dispatch email. I have emailed them in excess of 6 times and they are failing to reply. I will now start a case with PayPal for a refund. I would advise anybody looking to use this company not to bother.

Received email stating the bracelet I paid for isn’t in stock was offered to change it for a similar product which I said yes too. Was told next day delivery. And over a week still waiting for this. Sent numerous emails but just getting ignored also asked for a refund and still no response.

I’m not sure if this company are in trouble but I ordered a bracelet, was sent the wrong size, had to pay to return (more fool me) and now they’ve stopped communicating I have no bracelet, no refund and I’m trying to get my money back via paypal, oh and no gift gift for my son on his birthday!!!

Where do I begin.. I originally purchased I originally ordered a Yellow Gold Infinity Illuminati Necklace. They had then emailed stating they would be a delay to my order and had offered me a 50% discount on my next order for the inconvenience. Which I first was nice of them.

However when my order had then arrived over a week later I had received the wrong product (Rose Gold version). Which I may note this product is off poor quality considering the price I paid for it.

I then had raised this to the Customer Service team at Infinity Braclets in which I mentioned i would like a refund for the inconvenience, they then contiued to ignore my email until I would chase up the following day. Once i recieved a reponse they mentioned that a new order for the correct version (Yellow Gold) would be sent but still continued to ignore my query regarding a refund.

I then had to chase several times after that but still no response. In the end I had to raise a claim with PayPal to get my money back in order for the this company to give me a refund.

Would not recommend purchasing from them especially for the price you pay for such a poor quality product.
