Purchased the Russian ring necklace as a 50th surprise present, arrived 1 day earlier than stated ( which was great).
I decided to order the medium size sterling silver with black bold writing, as I thought the small would be too small & the large would be too large, how wrong was I!! The medium is a good size ( personally speaking) but when it comes to seeing the engraving it’s too small, so I am a bit disappointed.
I would suggest the large so the engraving is more noticeable.

I really like the jewelry I have ordered. I would have liked a bigger end piece (circular links) to make it easier to hook the necklace. All and all though a good product for a very reasonable price.

Promise ring was beautiful and came quickly. Only issue was names weren't as bold on ring so had to use a light to see them but other than that everything is fine

I've been searching for sometime to find the perfect name necklace for my sister. When I came across this website, I was very happy to be able to see a preview of how the name would appear. The prices were right and the jewellery was lovely. My sister is very happy with her necklace and wears it everyday. The service they provided was spot on. I would order from here again and highly recommend.

I didn’t read these reviews until after I had placed my order for a rose gold Russian ring necklace, which is to be an 80th Birthday present for my mum from her grandchildren.
I was very concerned after reading these reviews about 1. The quality of the necklace and 2. Whether it would arrive on time.
I became even more concerned when I received the email telling me the item had been shipped from China
I emailed the company stating my concerns. I received replies from both my emails within 24 hours so satisfied with their communication.
However, 13 days after placing the order I received the necklace. I have to say I was very nervous to open it but I really shouldn’t have been. The necklace is perfect. Excellent quality which you can tell by the weight of it. I thought the black writing may look big and tacky but it isn’t as black as it looks in the pictures but a very subtle black. I ordered the large size rings which i would recommend.
I can’t wait to see my Mum’s face when she opens her present.
I have fed back to the company that it should be made clear that the jewelry is produced and shipped from China, as it is misleading that the website states they are a company in London. Also, they need to be clear that you need to add production time onto the shipping time.
Overall very very happy ( and relieved !!)

Sent my delivery out with the wrong address and refused to change it or contact Royal Mail. I was left without my item or a refund. Customer service for this company was terrible.

Bought this for my mom for Mother’s Day and she loved it! Had an issue with the spelling, completely my fault, and the company was willing to fix it for me for free. Definitely recommend buyer and necklace.

Okay so I ordered a product For my girlfriend and I was honestly very concerned. Didn’t get any emails other than the confirmation. It took 3 emails for customer service to get back to me, not to mention a comment on their social media accounts. However when the product got in, the quality was way better than I expected. The engravings are kind of hard to see at first but that is also how small of space. I will say my girlfriend and I are very happy with the product but the customer service could’ve been a bit more helpful.

I love my chain I will definitely be ordering again its nice and neat and what I ask for❤
