Do not shop with these guys. Jewellery arrived damaged, when it finally turn up! Delivery quoted 5-7 days, arrived 3 weeks later. Locket was buckled. It was supposed to be a birthday present, no way you could give this to anyone. 2 months later and am still waiting a refund. First they wanted photos of the damage. Then requested a video. I have followed all their requests and still not had my money back.
They claim to be a UK company but package labels show clearly shipped from China.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I have never been more disappointed with an online purchase as I have with this. First of all, it took over 2 months to arrive despite several emails to them, they would give me no information on this. I had bought a similar product in a silver (purchased rose gold with Ineffables) on ebay for £9.99 (seller is 'wyntersemporium') and that kne is brilliant quality, the size of a 50p coin and a chain that fits a human neck, looks gorgeous and is well made. I bought the same design necklace from ineffables for £40 and got a necklace where the pendant is smaller than a 5p coin, the chain does not fit an adult neck, maybe that of an infant at a push, the engraved writing kn the back is so small you cannot make any letters out and the necklace looks stained or scratched instead of engraved. The photograph in the centre is blurry. Total internet buy fail. Would NEVER recommend this company. If you are looking at the heart necklace with angel wings on the front, don't bother! Look on the ebay account listed above, much much better quality. If I could attach photos, I would!!

I was hesitant to buy from Ineffabless because I have read some really bad reviews about them, but on a leap of faith I decided to order a personalised silver angel wings Locket for my daughters birthday. I ordered it a month in advance and received it two and a half weeks later, which I thought was very prompt considering the current circumstances with Covid-19. The necklace is beautifully crafted and finished to a high standard. It is identical to the photos shown on the website. We had the Lockett engraved on the back and also sent a photo, of my daughter with her Nana, to be included inside. This will be an incredibly special necklace. I’m delighted with it and I know my daughter will be over the moon when she sees it. You can purchase these necklaces from amazon and ebay, but the quality and finish did not look to be of a high standard, which is why I chose Ineffabless. Communication during the process was also good. I can’t fault the company. Thank you Ineffabless. Very impressed.

Awful experience and very let down. I chose to pay an extra £18.95 for 3-5 day delivery as I wanted to ensure I received a necklace in time for my daughters 18th birthday. 15 days later I received a necklace, but not the one I ordered. They refunded for the necklace but not the delivery.

All of the bad reviews made me a little skeptical on buying this product, but my heart locket turned out just the way I wanted it to, it's perfect!

I am giving Ineffabless Jewelry 4 stars. I originally placed my order on May 5, 2020 and received an email from Customer Service on May 12, 2020 advising one of the styles i chose was out of stock and asked if I wanted to choose different style or wait. So of course I chose a different style. I also requested an update as well and was given a good explanation as to why my order was taking a bit. On May 16, 2020 I received another email that my order had been shipped and was provided with a tracking number with DHL. I received both personalized necklaces with the birth stone months today May 19, 2020. I was star struck by the beauty of the necklaces, the necklace box, and gift bag! I LOVE them! Although, these gifts are late Mother's Day gifts it was totally worth the wait. So my advice would be to order ahead of time and not wait until the last minute. Thank you Ineffabless Jewelry!!!

Absolutely over the moon with the necklace i ordered with our family photo inside that i got for my mam's birthday!! I can't wait to give her it!! Thank you so much ineffabless!! However, i reviewed you 4 stars instead of 5 because of how long it took to came but it made up for it as to how nice it was. Thanks again! I'm one happy customer :) Little note though to anyone wanting to pay the extra for delivery within 3 to 5 working days, my advise is to not go for that option, as it came for me within like 25 days or so but it was deffo worth the wait.

Absolute rubbish! Avoid this company if you want anything better than the type of jewellery you can buy on the beach in Lanzarote. I purchased a rose gold necklace for my wife as a Christmas present. By the end of February all of the colouring was gone from the necklace. When I raised this with inneffables they just said its outside 90:days so cannot guarantee the quality. No apology. No acknowledgement of the poor quality despite being able to review the pictures I have sent them. Shambles of a company. If only I could rate them as 0.

Terrible customer service and terrible product.

I ordered a locket for my partner for mothers day, it came the locket doesnt open and whoever made the locket forced a 4mm silver ring through a 3mm hole. I contacted customer services and they asked for photos (which I sent), they asked what was wrong (I explained), they emailed back and said I was lying. Still waiting to hear back from them again.

Ordered in November 2019 said its been delivered but it hasn't contacted ineffabless who said contact post office loads of email sent and was told to much time passed so get ineffabless to contact delivery. Got email from eneffabless who said do I want refund or made. Again to late now so asked for refund it is now February and not getting any reply from ineffabless

My partner bought me a Russian link necklace for my 30th birthday; fortunately it arrived in time unlike a lot of others! However, the product is poorly made and went green after 3 times of me wearing it. He has contacted them but had no response. Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely horrendous - Avoid at all costs!

I placed my order on 07/12/19 and ordered the item as a Christmas present for my partner. The website and confirmation email stated it would be 7-15 days for delivery. I was told that I would receive an email with a tracking number but this was never sent to me. I sent an email to on 17/12/19 to say that my item had not arrived and I still hadn't received the tracking number. They ignored my email.

I sent another email on 19/12/19 to ask again for the tracking number as the item hadn't arrived. I received a reply on 21/12/19 to say that there was a quality issue with the item, that the batch was being remade and it would be posted late. There was absolutely no explanation as to why the issue hadn't been resolved weeks before (as the item should have already been delivered by this point) and there was no communication to me before I started chasing to say there was even a problem.

I emailed them on 21/12/19 to say that I was very disappointed as it was clearly going to arrive late after Christmas and asked for some compensation for the inconvenience. I received a reply from you on 23/12/19 that said my postage would be refunded. This was never done.

The item was finally delivered on 03/01/20, which was 27 days after I placed my order. To make matters worse, the pendant and chain are very poor quality and extremely flimsy. The item was supposed to be "925 Sterling Silver" but is actually silver plated! The photo engraved is poor quality and the picture is only visible in certain lights. The message engraved says 'Merry Christmas', which of course seems ridiculous now, considering it arrived so late after Christmas.

After several emails stating I wanted a refund, I was told to look at the website for details. Which says to contact customer service to say you want a refund and they will give you instructions on what to do. Customer service have said there is nothing wrong with the item, despite my photos showing that it is poorly made. They have finally come back to say I can have a 50% refund if I pay the return postage, which again is in contradiction to their website. Their website states that any faulty/poor quality item will be refunded in full and that they will pay the return postage.

I will now be filing with the financial ombudsman and reporting them to trading standards. Absolutely horrendous company from start to finish. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible company, their customer service sucks and when things don’t go their way they will do everything to avoid you. The will give you the runaround and come up with excuses to try and cover up. These guys are frauds and should be shut down. When shipping is paid for and expected to be here by a certain date then it should be here. Customers shouldn’t have to wait past the expected delivery date when they paid EXTRA for it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

Do not shop here! The craftsmanship is horrible.They also block reviews on their page so that you dont hear from other customers.I ordered an engraved necklace, it came scratched and the gold barely looks gold where the engraving is done.

I received a very special gift, this is a beautiful ring necklace. It was originally a Christmas gift, but I received it in the New Year. Although I waited a long time, it was still worth my wait.

After placing an order I then read some of the reviews and thought I had made a big mistake. However I was really pleased with my purchase and it arrived in time for my wife's birthday. I did email to enquire about delivery and not a speedy reply from a lady called Nancy who was very helpful, Don't be too put off by negative reviews, order and see for yourself!

Have experienced a similar level of service as per recent reviews.
Placed order on 11th December and it is now 3rd January and the product has still not arrived. I raised this via PayPal so have had some correspondence from the company, albeit infrequently. The last correspondence I received from the company was on the 23rd December advising that the product has been shipped, however the tracking number has not been recognised by Royal Mail. I have subsequently requested an update on the tracking number and expected delivery however they have once again failed to respond.

So far my experience has been extremely poor. I appreciate that the Christmas period is busy, however I do expect much better communication regarding delays and delivery timescales. I would suggest that purchasing from this company is avoided unless performance improves significantly in multiple areas.
