I have had 2 experiences booked with Indytute. The first time their web site did not recognise their own voucher code, the second time the description of the experience I was sent in the post was out of date and incorrect. To be fair, on both occasions they sorted the issues out quickly and efficiently but they do need to be more careful with their administration processes.

We have experienced Afternoon Cheese, Pizza and darts and I have just booked for Fish Chips and Sips. Great customer service and really easy to use and some great original gift ideas

Voucher for the Cinnamon Kitchen in the newly opened Battersea Power Station. Really well presented and made to look very special as a gift. The experience at the restaurant was great, amazing service, very tasty food and a cocktail in a buzzing venue which we’d definitely return to.
One drawback- the experience included an audio tour of the Power Station and it’s history, or so we thought.. it’s actually part of a free exhibition that’s there already and the wifi link to the tour never worked so I wouldn’t include it as part of the package as basically it didn’t happen. So the 4 stars are for the restaurant and food part.. we can’t comment on the audio .

Our daughter purchased the East London wine walk from Indytute in 2019, but due to Covid we were only able to redeem in Feb 2022. All 3 establishments we visited were excellent, as were the food and of course the wine.
