We recently had our 15-year-old air-source heat pump replaced by Indigo Renewable Energy Limited with a new **Stiebel Eltron ASHP, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The quality of workmanship and depth of experience were outstanding — the installation was so neat it was almost a shame to insulate the pipework. Commissioning and handover were seamless and very professionally handled.

The directors, Christian Ford and Cain Orton, and their team were knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Special mention to electrician Adrian Robinson, whose work is the best I’ve seen in over 50 years in the construction industry.

The system works beautifully with our existing underfloor heating and modern smart controls, and the ongoing support has been first-class. We are absolutely delighted — a great team delivering exceptional work.

I needed a replacement Nibe ground source heat pump. Indigo communicated well during the quotation stage and were very competitive. The well resourced team were punctual, very professional and tidy. Whilst replacing the old heat pump they resolved a number of other issues and left the old system in a much healthier condition. They were pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
