IR have taken a week to NOT transfer…
IR have taken a week to NOT transfer funds to my bank account - worse is their staff promise it will happen today - then tomorrow - then next day... I am seriously thinking they have a cash crisis.
phone calls - promises - imminent - will happen today - all empty promises - my account shows " processing" for the whole week.....still hasnt happened despite multiple cases raised and phone calls.....are they in trouble?

I read previous negative reviews about withdrawls. Myself I had a great experience. Very helpful staff with almost instant answers to my questions. Easy procedure to withdraw and very quick payout. In my account within 2 working days. Very pleased with it all.

Failure to Provide a new Password
Required new password but after my attempt for two weeks gave up the process. Staff support pathetic and although I provided my Australian ID they demanded a photo of me 'holding up three fingers'. Supplied this but then the fingers were not sufficiently 'exposed' and then the shoulder and elbow were missing and so it went on. Provided history of the account and the fact thqat it had a zero balance. Useless, paranoid, unhelpful and pathetic.

All good until you try to withdraw. Then make it as difficult as possible so that they hold your money for as long as possible. Go elsewhere!

A bankrupt company?
This information is for General Public whishing to invest into Crypto coins using the Independent Reserve. My email got changed and asked the Independent Reserve to change it. Its almost a year and I still can't log into my account. I gave all the necessary information David requested that I am the same person as my original application. I sent a support message to the CEO he never returned my message.
So with a change in email address I cant recover my investment money from this company. So please be careful as the company my not have funds to give people your investment money. Very poor in their support service, be careful with your 2Factor identification. and now they have logged me out of their system. In my 50 years as a business owner I have never dealt with a business very unprofessional like Intendent Reserve.

Red tape under the guise of security
Been waiting more than 24 hours to process a transfer even after the transfer was approved via multi-factor authentication. This exchange is a joke - the whole point of crypto currency trading is to be able to facilitate fast, red-tape-free, transactions, but these guys are slower than snail mail. Won’t be using them and definitely do not recommend them.
