Purchased a Loyal Subjects Switchblade which had a couple of QC issues. In Demand refused to assist me because it had surpassed 72 hours of receipt of item.

Based in Norwich, In Demand Toys are brilliant. Their shop is packed full of goodies and their website is easy to navigate. Items are dispatched quickly and safely. Recommended for anyone who is into collectibles and toys such as action figures.

Started using in demand toys at the start of last year for my transformers, and they have been amazing. From helping me with issues, and delivering quickly, i will continue to use them for the following years and look forward for more of my pre orders to arrive!

Great selection, great price, great comms, great packing, great turnaround of my order! What's not to like?

I had not heard of this UK based company before but when I was searching for Underverse branded figures, In Demand Toys came up on my search results.

Usually the after market prices for these very limited Underverse collectables are often extortionately priced if you are unlucky enough to miss the pre-order slots.

In Demand Toys offered very reasonable prices for the figures from this brand and the fact that I did not have to worry about extra shipping and custom charges was another bonus.

Postage was via Royal Mail with tracking.

We are lucky in that there are a number of really good independent toys/collectors shops in the UK, but amongst them In Demand Toys has become my number 1 and go to choice for all orders.

I've used them so many times and they have always, without fail, delivered perfect items, quicker than expected, with outstanding communication.

I'm writing this long overdue review because I had thought there had been an issue with an order, no fault from In Demand, but that the order had probably gone missing in the Christmas post. Long story short, the store followed it up for me and provided details and photos and I then realised it was my mistake and it had been packed and delivered just as faultlessly as usual, within 2 days. The point is, even at this crazy busy period, with a huge number of customers just like me, all communication was prompt, polite, professional and helpful.

If you are reading this because you are in any doubt whether to use this company, I give them the highest recommendation possible. Its the best service I have had from any company, toy/collector or otherwise, and its been consistent across countless orders at all times of the year.

In Demand are consistently top class. My most recent order was in December, close to Christmas and everything was shipped quickly efficiently and correctly. The website is easy to use and very clear with product descriptions. This wasn't my first purchase, and will not be my last. I've never had a single issue in the time I've used them.

I have used many companies in the past after learning mistakes with places like Amazon (not great for mint on card collections). ID have been perfect the last few years with all my pre orders and I love the fact that everyone can get their collection completed by have rules that mean greedy people can't buy up all the stock just to flip at a higher price. I’ve had numerous orders from here. Swift delivery from a decent service (so no delivery driver drop kicking it to over the roads garden), secure well packaged goods, all exactly as expected. I’ve never had any issues, and would happily buy from again.

Perhaps the best Transformers stockist in the UK and I've bought many things from them over the last 20 years. Their shop is also great to visit if you get the chance.
