Kolby is great

Kolby made the on boarding process super efficient and answered every question that I had. He made the process of setting up my LLC very seamless.

extremely disappointing experience + undisclosed fees

extremely disappointing experience with inc. Authority. I tried finding out their fees, but couldnt find that page. i then connected to their online chat support agent named Tiffany, which she said the following: at 12:39 PM
"Tiffany: They are on the website when you fill out the application."
They want me to fill out an online form applying for a new business before telling me how much it will cost me. How unprofessional! why would anyone want to form a company without knowing the fees???
I dont recommend them at all
UPDATE:
Your answer doesnt make any sense. While i understand the different state fees, you for transparency, you should list each State fee as well as your optional fees for other services, such as: EIN application, Agent Annual Fee, ...etc. which are constant fees, as almost all similar services and competitors list these fees on their website. It does not make any sense that one must reserves a business name, submit an application, before finding out the cost. Thumbs down

Be Aware Inc Authority will subsctibe ypu and gave yourcontact numbers to 3rd party and many agency will call harrase you to sign up. When you asked to cancel, you will learn that people will have NO Help at all.
