The reason why I gave your company 3 stars is because I needed some paperwork done by the 16th of this month. I contacted your company on the 14th. The young lady that I spoke to said she was going to send me some information via email. It never arrived. On the sixteenth, I contacted Inc. I spoke to a gentleman in regards to the situation and he helped me out. So that's why the review was three stars. ⭐📥⏳ #customerreview #delays #helpreceived

They have been helpful from start to finish and I need that. I have the ability to sell jobs and create revenue. But this is exactly what I needed to help me get things started in the right direction. As long as I have their help I’ll be alright.

Katelyn Brockman is not just very knowledgeable and proficient in the LLC field, but she also demonstrated integrity today. When I told her that I was first contacted by a gentleman from her company, immediately, she knew who it was that called me, and told me his name was Devon, and that she would like to put me on hold so she can go see if he's available to finish up with me. But he was already busy with another client and that she would be happy to help me get set up. Not every coworker in every company is going to do that.As a matter of fact some people will steal their coworkers clients at the first opportunity, but not Katelyn. She obviously knows how to treat people right. The proficiency, the integrity and the courteous manner in which these two people that I worked with today, combined with all of the really helpful features that INC Athority offers add up to "True Greatness". They are the real deal !!! Thank you INC Athority, I couldn't have done it without you !!! ❤️
