I had a 50kw system installed in Dec 2015 and it has worked perfectly since then. This company did a good job and I would use them again .

I have a good experience with in2gr8ted. We signed the contract at the end of July, the panels were installed in mid-December. The installers worked hard to finish the system installation in one day even though it was really cold. I hope a warm meal and tea helped a little ☺️. Unfortunately, we waited for the batteries until mid-January. But I understand it all. The system works really well. If I had any questions, Mark always called back. After the installation from the office I always got a reply and documents.

Do not and I mean do not use this company. Apart from basic communication skills this company are cowboys! Even the owner hangs up the phone if he doesn’t like what you’re saying, basically the truth!
He just wants the money and explains nothing. We’ve lost 6months of money back from the grid due to his incompetence. Ballasts are not correct and the panels were installed August 2021. They’re an absolute disaster, I can spend a whole day writing about them, just stay clear!
I thought I would post the email received from this company after I had posted on this site..
Hi Mrs Lesslie,
Nice review, thanks for that. I suggest you remove it prior to our next visit, if you want one. We will not deal with people anymore who post false and damaging comments online about us……..
Please ignore the above, it’s not all to do with SEG but more to do with the work not being complete from ‘August 2022’ and this saga still continues to date……

We had seven panels installed along with an Eddie and car charger.
The installation was slightly delayed but seems like this is commonplace in the market at the moment so was to be expected. They did keep me informed when stock was antipated. The installation was completed professionally and would recommend. The bird proofing looks much smarter than many shown on solar forums.
We now have an additional battery on order with them.
The demand of solar is very high and getting a decent installer at all is hard to come by. Just expect to wait a while.

After over 6 months of waiting, without any sign of that my order would be fulfilled, I cancelled the contract.
Getting my deposit back should have been straightforward but, despite their promises, it only materialised after I had commenced the process of taking this company to the Small Claims Court.

Just avoid this company.
Ordered in April and no sign of the battery install date ever.
Sales guy was pleasant enough and the only person who'd respond to emails as he's on commission. The company itself never replied to requests for updates.
Oddly after giving up and reorder else where for more money and back of the queue (so frustrating!) I requested a deposit refund and got prompt email replies and swift refund. Why was this part of their admin comms the only effective Comms.
Really hope the business sorts out its troubles.

I can't decide if they are cowboys or just clowns. Either way they are best avoided.
I've had a month of multiple missed installation dates, I waited in for them several times only for them to not turn up and not even acknowledge this. When they did eventually come we found that the system wouldn't fit on my roof as designed. I've requested my deposit back and scaffolding to be removed - still waiting on both.
The installation staff who came were good - friendly, honest and seemed to know what they are doing. The sales and management are just incompetent. Sold me something that wouldn't work then won't respond to calls or emails once they had my order.
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a 16 panel system complete with battery and water controller, the panels, inverter and associated wiring etc was fitted mid July 2022,they stated that the battery and water controller was not available at that time and would be fitted when it was available, the end of August was muted. Here we are, nearly Christmas and still no battery or water controller, I did hold back some money but, clearly, not enough. They have responded to my emails on a couple of occasions, but with a standard response, stating that I was in a queue and my install would be addressed when it was my turn, My last communication offered them 2 weeks to suggest a date for the installation to be completed, I also reminded them that contractually they should offer alternatives if items are not available. There has been absolutely no response from the company in the suggested time period. I feel I have no alternative but to resort to legal means to redress the companies shortcomings.
If you feel this company is too good to refuse then think again, or at least, do not part with any monies until the contract works are complete.

In2gr8ted Solutions supplied and installed twelve panels, inverter, and battery. Installation was carried out sooner than expected and without fuss, the installation team were friendly as was Mark, my first point of contact who quoted the system for me and Paul, the owner. There was a small issue discovered after installation, this was resolved very quickly.

Very professional, friendly team, from William who gave a quote and explained how everything worked, to the installation team . First class.
Thank you!

Paid a deposit to get batteries installed at the beginning (2020) of the year. We have had nothing but excuses and lies. We were told we would be first in the queue when the batteries arrived. That didn’t happen. My son bought from them and we were promised a commission that didn’t happen.
Once they get your money they don’t answer calls or emails. The system we had went on fire weeks after they fitted it. Cowboys. DO NOT GET INVOLVED.
Still waiting on an answer and a refund!!!
Despite sugar coated reply ( very sorry to learn my ass) you knew all along this system didn’t accept batteries but still you promised us and took our money I still don’t have my deposit I also received a nasty message from the owner that they would no longer deal with me because of my HONEST review. I have since had to pay out another £6000 to get the correct system installed by a very reputable professional company who told me that the MCB had obviously been continually tripping so this cowboy company had taped it up!!!! Another fire risk. Trust me you do not want to be involved with this company. Their usual reply and you don’t hear back is
Thank you for your email.
Due to high demand, we are working hard to fulfil our current orders. Please bear with us during this busy period.🤬🤬🤬
UPDATE. Still waiting on my refund and promised commission. Don’t walk away RUN!!

I’ll try to keep it short and sweet, unlike the installation process.
Unresponsive and slow (220 days from start to finish). Had to get NAPIT involved to get everything resolved. Read other reviews and you’ll find that my experience isn’t unique.
Signed contract (April) then 44 days until panels & inverter delivered. Only communication was me pushing the salesperson for updates.
6 days later - installation day and the panels had to be rearranged as it was mismeasured. Inverter needed a meter which wasn’t purchased so the system didn’t work. The owner immediately emailed for payment. I refused.
50 days later (July) and two missed delivery dates, the ‘special’ meter arrived with another customer's items (no idea why).
At some point, they locked their facebook comments due to other customers' negative feedback and lost their Which? Trusted Trader accreditation. Check their facebook for a post where they claim they have it, then try and search for them on Which?.
8 days later, meter installed and the system turned on. Owner quickly emailed wanting payment again. Contract states that payment is after installation and certification, so I refused. No handover documents supplied and with no certification I couldn’t set up SEG.
Owner sends one certificate saying ‘We don’t ever issue certificates without balance being paid’ and I foolishly pay. Company goes silent even after my repeated emails and a recorded delivery letter.
This went on for 80 days. Finally (November) I got NAPIT involved and the owner quickly replied to the NAPIT rep that they’re surprised so many customers are contacting NAPIT instead of the company directly - embarrassing as the rep knew the whole story.

WARNING WARNING WARNING about this company ⚠️
Regarding your comments below, I wouldn’t put down building a house as DIY, which I stated to you. I agree on the signed contract and that only because Mark had sent the wrong contract to me and not the quote for the inroof. If you was paying £50 per tray, then you was paying over the odds. So let’s go back to the install of the trays which I stated was too high and not allowing a full tile at the ridge. Let’s also mention install date, which the 1st one was agreed for the 7th of oct, which I had to take unpaid leave, but you didn’t inform me you wasn’t turning up, which had a couple of more times.
Regarding the kit you left on site, now I could look on google and price up, which I am sure it wouldn’t come to £400 and what about the damage caused to the velum flashing and the stick on flashing that I can’t peel off the tiles, the scaffold hire, so it’s me that is out of pocket, then just one more thing, the trays was two different sizes, so no way the install would have worked.
Just wanted to add more on to the review below, as they have gone from bad to worse, as I only got the trays fitted for the inroof system, but I wasn’t happy where were fitted and there was two different sizes, so not sure how that was going to work, so I have sacked them off will failed attempts to return, I mean how many time do you accept install dates, which was 4 dating back to 7th sep. but after telling them I no longer want to continue with the install, they entered a locked off fence and took the trays of the roof, then causing damage to the velux flashing, also leaving the stuck of bottom flashing, which will not peal and I have to bin 16 tiles, which is over a £1 per tile
What can I say about this company, but don’t go with them, I have wasted 4 of my holidays trying to get my system installed and the 1st date was the 7th Sep, which I had booked off work, but they didn’t turn up and was a nightmare getting in touch with them to find out why, and the did reply saying that they was still waiting for parts, but they didn’t let me know. This are gone on a couple of more times agreeing more dates and taking time of work, to be let down again and again, so it was time to write a review, which strange that after writing a review I get a call to say they have sourced the parts required, so we agreed a date and I was asked to take down my review, which I agreed, but guess what, I was let down again. I spoke to the fitter and he was able to attend on a Saturday, but was unable to spare about 3hrs, which he installed 14No GSE trays and was going to return on Monday to install the panels, and guess what, they didn’t turn up. Looking at what has been in installed (the GSE tray) I have noticed that there are two different sizes, so enough is enough, I have sent them an email to say I no longer want to continue with them. All this has set me back a couple of months, days off work, scaffold hire, which I would think its approx. £1000 out of pocket.
They are a joke, so I take it that after writing this review, I am sure they will want to get in contact me, strange that they only get in contact when you write a review.
So all I can say is give this company the widest birth possible and if you don’t take any notice of this review, then its your own fault
Now I have to try get my deposit back, which I will leave for the bank and I think I will see what trading standers say

Got a quote in March and after pushing a few times, I had my panels installed mid May after a couple of delays and a lot or garbage (cable ties, cardboard boxes, cable sleeves) left around in front of the house and the loft.
With the installation there was supposed to be batteries as well which were "on backorder" and would be delayed 2-4 weeks. After the time has lapsed, I emailed in turn , several times, over 4 months, the sales person, the person in charge of DNO applications and the person who turns out to be the owner of this circus. Never got a reply let alone an apology or even "we are too busy, we can't help you any longer" . As the DNO application paperwork was not provided to me, for half a year I have pushing excess power to the grid but I cannot apply for SEG without that.
Now I'm chasing DNOs directly which is a whole other joy.
Better stay away.

We installed panels, an I Boost and a battery in August 2022 supplied by In2gr8ted Solutions and we are very pleased with the purchase. We have recommended their service to friends and family as Mark was very thorough in his quote and explaining the technology which was new to us. We are pleased with the electricity savings we have made so far, the installation team was quick and efficient and the company are very knowledgeable in utilising solar for maximum benefit. Thank you to the team at In2gr8ted Solutions for a professional, knowledgeable service.

Installation completed after getting my mp to chase the DNO to give their approval. System now 4 months old and working well. However, I had to get MCS involved to remind the installer they were in breach of their guidelines by not issuing an MCS certificate within 10 days. I needed this to apply for the SEG payments for excess energy exported to the grid. I’m now told by my DNO that my application cannot be approved due to the installer not informing them that the solar system has been completed. Despite numerous emails to the installer I’m being ignored or they simply can’t cope administratively. If you are looking at this company think twice because their admin side is very poor.

Avoid this company at all costs - they are the cowboy builders of the solar installer industry and, in my opinion, outright profiteers and scammers. The company owner (cannot name - he wanted to take down the review) and his colleagues have single-handedly caused us the worst customer experience we have ever had with any company.
TLDR: They ignore emails, phone or text. Promises made during sales pitches are false and the company reneged on my contract after a 7 month waiting period, raising the price and offering inferior equipment. See below for full detail and their likely response.
We signed our contract for a c.8kW Sunpower installation in March after being made a sales pitch by a salesman (cannot name - the company wanted to take down the review). At the time, he branded himself as an "independent assessor" rather than a salesman, which later proved to be false, as had many of the claims he made to us.
We were then told to pay a £2000 deposit for parts for our installation.
Ever since signing the contract, there was no contact whatsoever with the company. Emails, texts and phone calls would go unanswered and no installation date or confirmation of grid permission for installation was provided until 4 months later (we were initially told the installation would be complete in 4 weeks). When a company holds £2000 of your deposit, this is extremely unnerving.
In August, an installation date was scheduled for September once the company claimed to have received a batch of Sunpower panels as a shipment from the factory. I was told there would be enough to also include me as a customer from this batch. Without explanation, the installation date was pushed back last minute by a week. On the 2nd installation date, the company did a no-show (making me miss a day at work) and I was only offered a half-hearted apology after I called to ask what was going on.
During that phone call, I was told that they could no longer promise me when they would carry out the installation.
Later that month, I called to get an update. I was told by another salesman that the company had supply issues and was given an offer which was £2661 higher for a lower capacity system (6kW) with inverters rather than microinverters and using outdated panels. During this phone call, I was shouted at while trying to politely express my disappointment and the situation from my perspective.
As advised by the ombudsman (HIES scheme), I wrote an official complaint which was ignored just like all my other emails.
The company owner did not even acknowledge receipt of this complaint and confirmed that raising prices was a business decision to raise their profit margins - after holding a customer's deposit hostage for 7 months and offering no installation date, he placed me in a situation of "take it or wait another half a year because the waiting times for different providers have also increased". This is nothing more than a profiteering scam.
He later only returned £100 of my £2000 deposit. When politely asked to fix this asap because the situation was unnerving, he replied abruptly "Friday we do payments" and ignored all my further messages. Eventually on the Friday I received the remaining money but was also mocked by Paul on the phone was complaining that his company provided me with awful service. This is not the way to treat customers.
With all this, if In2gr8ted do reply to this review, I would expect that it will revolve around supply bottlenecks which they blamed as the issue to me. Although I acknowledge that the industry is facing unprecedented demand and supply bottlenecks, I was told by the first salesman that signing the contract early would mean that we lock in a price and installation date. This did not happen and any professional standard of honouring signed deals or even responding to distressed customers was thrown out of the window entirely.
To anyone else in a similar situation, I am yet to see how it plays out for me but the company is signed up to the HIES scheme which provides a free ombudsman service - a decision that is binding on the company. I really recommend that you check it out. Update: don't bother, HIES are in on it.

not interested in our requirement's.Thank you for your reply.Just be clear Mark could not have sold us a system without giving us a quote first. The man rang asked if I was a vicar and told my wife he hopes we get eveything we deserve.Very honest of him?

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical. almost 10 weeks of waiting and despite repeated assurances that the stock is not an issue rather the manpower to install, they cancelled our order claiming stocks and cables and inverter etc are unattainable. absolute and utter disgrace
11 Jan 2023 Update
the company just posted an unbelievably ridiculous response possibly drafted by a marketing person or a politician. what they failed to say is that we agreed on an alternative product which was to be installed by the end of Dec 2022, the increased the price by thousands from that originally quoted...they failed to install by Dec, have NOT applied for a connection licence to National Grid (DNO G99/G98 licence) and now sending me emails saying they are HOPING to install in end of Jan / Feb...absolute and utter incompetence and unprofessionalism...cowboys from top to bottom...just read other reviews

Reply from In2gr8ted Solutions Ltd
battery supply problems delayed completion of the install. Staff worked quickly due to pressure of work load. BUT instructions on how the system worked and how to tune it were not given.
Worse the certificate needed to get payment for energy exported to the grid was promised and after 3 months has not been provided. Phone calls, text messaging is ignored. Not a reliable organisation. It is now January 2023 and the simple problems are not resolved.the extra work needed to resolve the problems is only a small amount of time. When completed my review will be amended be.
