The setting and the costumes were truly amazing but the positives and here. Music felt heartless, the arrangement was very poor (to be kind), musicians played through the setlist with hurry, showing no pathos whatsoever. It seemed they just wanted to get it done and go home. Not a concert for those who know anything about music.

I attended this show on the evening of 22nd september

The organisation and arrangements for this event are pathetic and unaccpeptable
Their was a significant quequ up the stairway which was uncalled for

We held bar coded tickets, but the singular moron at the top of the stairs was using a hand written register to ask for your name, find it on the list ( which was the most time consuming), ticking you in and then ripping out tickets from a book to issue to you. To add to this unnecesary 17th Centuary entrace, their were twqo furthe rmoroins at the entrance of the building doing nothing - they could have assisted the unduly processes to speed thing up, if you had to deliver this pathetic shamle routine

we where their in good time, but not good enough to grab good seat sin the house - grade A seats on front tows did not exist, only a bery end seat directly under the sound speaker

we had to settle for seats at a distance opposite the main entrance into the actual room - not grade A seats

I demand a partial refund on your poor management practices

Firstl;y, you are clearly over manned at cost to the customers, of two people sitting down stairs and not assisting in any way - that cost coan be saved and reduce din cost of ticket and at this time, returned back to the current paying customers, me included

Secondly, the loss of grade A seating, taken by others, because of your medieval practices of school book register in preference opf simply accepting my ticket, which your moron did take from me, and not using some electronic device for which your bar coding is enabled to do

Pathetic, time consuming, mis describing the event / breach of contract ( That is a contract failing in the UK and one for which court proceedings can be issued), over priced becuase of cists of unhelpful / redundant people in the front of building and most significantly, a management shambles for which whom ever the manager is, should be fired from their job because of demonstrable incompetence shown
