no response from company

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to reach the company numerous times for 3 months. Phone, email and social media attempts have failed.

I received their product as a gift (Christmas 2025) and the "Yak Trax walk traction device" rubber snapped, rendering them useless.

As it turns out, their CS / organization is also useless. I reached out in early January to inquire about a warranty. I waited 10+ days to follow up, assuming they were busy post-holidays. I then tried calling (during business hours, on various days & times) without any response. I tried social media "DMs" and only an automated response is provided telling me to email (the same email address I've been using for 3 months) or to call (the same phone number I've tried).

Prior to this experience, I had been a fan of their Yak Trax and now I've lost confidence in their operations and integrity.

Contacted Implus multiple times

Contacted Implus multiple times, before they finally responded. They obviously did not read that the defective Little Hotties Hand warmers were a gift, and were purchased at Costco. They also said expired. Here is the real kicker: 1. Told us we had to return them to Costco, even though we explained they were a gift and the nearest Costco is 180 miles away. 2. That they were purchased from a reseller and sold on a secondary market, when in fact I know my brother bought them at Costco. Basically suggesting we lied! 3. Deny the fact that Costco possibly sold expired goods, as often happens when stocks does not get rotated properly.
It boils down to the fact that for a few dollars they would sooner slap customers in the face making audacious claims. This company has absolutely terrible customers service, as it takes 3 to 4 weeks to respond after a case number was assigned. But to save a few dollars and correct an error, I have a box of 40 pairs of hand warmers going to the trash.
To those who buy hand warmers I have bought some at dollars stores that work far superior to Little Hotties. Don't waste your time with Implus products as you may be wating your money and time.
