Do not order from implay our slide went…

Do not order from implay our slide went missing from delivery company tuffnells
And neither will accept liability i have email saying they need to change delivery company they have to wait to try to contact
Tuffnells to see if agency driver delivered that day As they have no signature no time because of excuse its covid i have now obtained ring door bell footage with no tuffnells lorry coming into our dead end road that day looks like driver stole item so i now need to look at small claims court to get my money back be careful ordering

FANTASTIC PRODUCT OF HIGH QUALITY, SO GOOD I BOUGHT MORE THAN ONE! The customer service is outstanding, especially from Carol, who I'd like to thank personally for sorting out a few things. Delivery is also very quick and arrived before the dates suggested on Amazon. This company is truly professional and understands Customer Service! I'd recommend buying from them not only as the mats are fantastic (they look like they will last years) but also safe in the knowledge, that if there's a problem they will treat you promptly & courteously. Thanks Implay & Carol :)
