15/07/2025 I contacted the back office Elien fully support me to solve the issue on next day! Very good attitude and service, at least you saw she tried her best to solve, even no refund, I will give her 5 stars. The quality of the tiles are good,they changed the broken tiles very fast!

Great quality and hassle free return
We had a really good experience with Impermo. We initially bought a membrane to lay tiles over existing tiles, but ended up not needing it. When we went back to return it, the staff was super friendly and helpful.
The process was very smooth, we had the membrane in the car, just dropped it off at their warehouse, and a few days later the refund was already in our account.
On top of that, their customer service and product range are excellent. It’s clear they really care about their customers. Would definitely recommend Impermo for anyone renovating or building, great quality, great people!

The sales man was 110%
The sales man was 110%. He explain me calm all the option i have, he create me an account and I will work only with them from now. I was working with a company for parquet, with other for Tiles and with an other for the decorative wood. Now I have all option in one place! I recommend them for normal people but for the construction company its a must!!!!

Good product and generally professional…
Good product and generally professional staff and sevice personal.
Unfortunately after a encoding error from a sales person in sint truiden, I have had to make an additional trip to Genk to collect the correct material.
I am still waiting for my reimbursement for the difference in price and the additional round trip.
Ok it's not a huge sum of money but it is the gesture that counts.
