*sigh* Fool me once, shame on you… fool me twice…
I ordered the limited item I previously reviewed for again because it came back in stock. Again it was refunded because they “ran out”. Amazingly, however, it’s still available for purchase. In my size. THE ONE I ORDERED TWICE. Make that one make sense. I want to order it again, but I will have to pay now a THIRD tariff because they keep cancelling my stuff.
Let’s make no mistake though. The Valentine’s Day release had listings deleted from the site before I could even find them to see what the product looked like when they sold out. So you all are capable of handling this. You just don’t.
I also still have not received a response from my prior email to customer service asking how this happened.

The problem is that, more than a sweatshirt, it looks like a long-sleeve shirt — it lacks the structure of the garment.
How can €70 be justified?
avoid when possible
The ONLY shipping Impericon offers is UPS. On top of this high cost shipping, when tariffs started, UPS started charging outrageous broker fees on top of mischarging tariffs.
When my items arrived damaged (posters not even in tubes jammed into a too small box with other items free floating), Impericon did not even do the bare minimum of replacing or fully refunding. (A common issue I have seen with other customers.)
I happened to have Impericon open in a tab and saw the site update with some new merch, which I immediately ordered, before it was announced anywhere. Despite having to be one of the first orders, I watched other people receive the item while mine hadn't even shipped. Then, fourteen days after I ordered, I received an out of stock notice. This is a cardinal sin for any retail company ESPECIALLY on a pre-order item. Then they didn't even refund the full amount I was charged! The next day they had my item back in stock, so I would have to pay additional shipping, broker fee and tariffs for a second order.
Low Quality
It's GILDAN 50/50 cotton/poly blend on some merch, its very bad quality. They don't hide it's GILDAN, but you will most likely be disappointed for the price you're paying. Very fast delivery though.

Concert tickets never delivered, no support response, forced to repurchase at higher cost
I purchased concert tickets through Impericon several months before the event. The order was confirmed and fully paid at the time of purchase.
As the concert date approached, the order status still showed “Unfulfilled”. I did not receive the tickets, nor any tracking information. With the event getting very close, I contacted customer support multiple times asking for clarification and a solution (digital tickets, reissue or any alternative).
At one point I was asked to provide the names of the attendees for a possible guest list solution, which I promptly did. After that, communication stopped completely. I sent follow-up emails and opened tickets through the support system, but I did not receive any further response before the event date.
Since I had already booked travel and accommodation, and the concert was imminent, I had no choice but to purchase alternative tickets from the secondary market at a significantly higher price in order not to lose the entire trip.
To this day, I have not received the original tickets nor a refund for the initial purchase.
The most concerning part of this experience was not only the failure to deliver the tickets, but the complete lack of timely communication and assistance when the issue became urgent.
I was left without a solution and had to resolve the situation on my own.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing event tickets through Impericon.

Had two orderes so far with Impericon - Metallica and Architects
Had two orderes so far with Impericon, both were T-Shirts (Metallica and Architects), both were arround New Year period, so busy season. One was delivered as stated. But the other one kind of got stuck, it seemed to me delivery is taking too long. So got in contact with Impericon Support and realized it was my mistake, as I wasn't paying attention it was a custom print that takes some more time for processing obviously.
They were very kind in helping out, they were trying to expedite the process and ever offered an exchange of items. And in all that as it was a busy season, order was misplaced. But in the end, even though delivery took longer than expected every thing arrived as ordered.
So I would really like to thank Impericon Support team and especially Gina that was very helpfull and understanding.
On the items, T-Shirts are really great, print is great even the custom one, they are true to size as I was ordering for my kid and my self, so I can confirm that.
So must say it was a very pleasant experience shopping at Impericon. So if you doubt, don't ... and if things go unplanned kindness always opens more doors that bitterness.
Handling took way too long
Handling took way too long. It shouldn’t take weeks to put 4 shirts in a bag with a shipping label on it. $65 additional fees were added once it hit the states. That’s likely tariffs, but some upfront knowledge of that would have been nice. Will never use again though because of how slow it was.

Ordered 2 weeks to be then told out of stock
Ordered 2 weeks ago and order still not sent out. I had to chase them up twice to find out the status of my order to be told 1 item now out of stock. I asked to cancel the whole order still not replied 2 days later. Terrible communication

UPS charged $39 shipping PLUS $34 tariff for $66 hoodie
I paid $66 for an Architects hoodie. Impericon and UPS charged me $39 for shipping. I paid it. A week later, I get an email saying my order is ready but NOW I have to pay a $34 TARIFF fee. That means I paid $73 in total shipping for an item that only cost $66!!! That is serious bullshit because neither Impericon or UPS told me about the additional tariff bullshit AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE, ONLY AFTER PURCHASE.
They held it hostage! I put this one on Murica, and UPS. Way to go, Trump. Brilliant. Just brilliant.

Ordered Parkway Drive Mermaid T-Shirt…
Ordered Parkway Drive Mermaid T-Shirt that is supposed to have solid base color. However it is full of random black speckles inside and outside. I'm not sure if it is part of the design or not, but on the product photos it is not visible. The speckles seem to be something that was added? to the T-shirt after production, because I can pick them off one by one. But why would I want to do that for this price?

I ordered this on 5th December, foolishly thinking that I would have my order in time for giving as a Christmas present to my grandson. What an idiot! I finally received it seven weeks later.
Email enquiries went unanswered and there was clearly no shame in taking £100 and keeping it with no updates on delivery times. If I had known it would take so long I would never have ordered it.

It took forever to get here and liked how you never mentioned that tarriffs will be added to order after the fact when it was shipped and never had this problem with orders before until now…atleast tip people off about it cause it’s a little upsetting that it’s already 30 plus dollars to ship…
