Having bought five eaziglide pans i had a slight problem with one pan. I contacted the company and sent photographs. They reviwed the pictures and immediately agreed to replace the faulty item, honouring their guarantee and despite lockdown restrictions sent my replacement within days. Excellent customer service, thank you Ramona and Imperial group.

I purchased quite expensive pans,for me anyway, and found after use they stained quite bad. I contacted Easiglide and they couldn't have been more helpful. They actually were fantastic. I have just received a complete new set of pans courtesy of Eadyglide.
They were very quick to respond to all emails that I sent.
Would 100% recommend any of their products as if there is a problem I am confident they will resolve it if possible.

Contacted them after my scoville pan bent (most likely in the dishwasher) and even though I hadn't registered my guarantee they fully investigated and then replaced my pan!

Im afraid to say that the "lifetime warrenties" are a con, Got in touch with the company who told me that my frying pan got too hot, I told them the pans should carry a warning that they shouldnt be used for steak. They can tell apparently from the photo. So if you want a decent warranty you will have to stick with Tefal as they are the only ones that honour their warranties.

Brilliant product and fantastic customer service . We started off with a baking tray for cheesey chips , perfect melted cheese and no sticking they just slid onto the plate. We now have quite a collection and xmas is sorted as family members are asking for their own collection. Ramona at customer service has been fantastic on helping me register the products We did have a little fault on outside of pan and she had a replacement sent out that day , what more can you ask

Eaziglide never stick 3 piece pan set and one large frying pan purchased just over a month ago and WOW! I don’t think I will ever need to buy another pan set again! I may just add more of these pans to my new collection. Definitely nonstick as long as you use the correct utensils. Also easy to clean by hand.
Also, I must praise the fantastic customer service given to me by the lovely Ramona who very kindly went above and beyond to assist me in registering the guarantee for these lovely pans. Thank you again, you really do a great job⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would highly recommend this product and I look forward to purchasing more of this product.

I have had a full set of Scoville Neverstick pots and pans. Every size they do. Including the griddle pan and wok. Even the utensils! I’ve been using them for over a year with no problems! My daughter has now started her own collection!

Bought 3 scoville pans at various points in the last year all was well until one of them had defect on the underside bottom, contacted Scoville sent photos etc and they agreed that there was a fault and sent replacements with no quibble although they did say that you should not clean them in a dishwasher due to the harsh detergents in the cleaning products so maybe the manufacturer of detergents should look at there products and make them less harsh. Anyway just to say a Big thanks to Rachel for her help (will hand wash them in future) & I will recommend these pans to friends.

Rubbish, they are going back.
It says on the packaging they are induction compliant. That is not true. My Bosch and my Neff hobs both fail to stay on which is an indication that they do not sense a proper induction plate. There is no chance to find out if the non-stick works or not because I cannot get them hot. Added to the fact that no one replies to emails. The only thing they might be good for is to drill holes in the bottom and use them as plant pots! There is a word for them, it is not used in polite society.

Got in touch with imperial over a scoville pan that was no longer non stick my fault over used and over heated.
Imperial asked me to send photos of the pan and were very helpful and customer sevice went above and beyond to help me can’t thank them enough.

Bought the 30cm trying pan a few months ago from Dunilm, absolutely shameful that a company can advertise such rubbish. Never stick.. more like always stick, would never ever buy this make again. I waste nearly a full box of eggs to get 2 good ones. Don't go near this make.. so disappointed, I have had cheaper pans that's have lasted longer than this rubbish.

I’d bought the set of 5 pans but one was slightly misshapen so the lid didn’t fit properly. I emailed the company directly and Ramona was very helpful from the start. She arranged for a replacement to be sent to me and now I have a complete perfect set.
The pans are great, nothing has stuck to them and I’ve used them with a small amount of oil and none at all. I would definitely recommend.

I bought a large frying pan and was pleased initially. However, the pan is bowed, so that when I crack an egg in the centre of the pan, it slides to the edge. Worse still, the pan's induction base does not cover the cooking area in the pan, so it does not cook at the edge of the pan, where the egg slides to because of the bowing of the pan. So omelettes, pancakes, etc, cook in the middle, but not at the edge. Almost useless product.

Had a problem, emailed the company, Remona was lovely, sorted the problem and kept us informed at every step.

I purchased a Scoville 30cm frying pan from Asda & was so pleased with it that a few months later I purchased a 28cm wok also from Asda - however I then began having a few problems with the frying pan so I contacted customer services & sent the photographs of the frying pan to them & I can honestly say that the response from them was prompt & professional & Ramona especially was helpful & polite & I would definately recommend these pans albeit I would suggest hand washing as against using a dishwasher.

I bought one of the Scoville Neverstick pans based on their marketing that the non stick was five times stronger than comparable products. Having used it for a number of months I can honestly say that the pan is rubbish. It performed less well and has lasted far less well than many cheaper pans I have had in the past. A today waste of money and to be avoided.

I've had a brilliant experience with Scoville Neverstick pans. They're durable and reliable and will definitely purchase again. When recently contacting their customer service about an issue with a pan (which was due to the way I've been washing it), the customer service team (Ramona) has been super quick and helpful in resolving it. I will recommend this brand to everyone.

Bought two pans on the basis that they were dishwasher safe. Not only are both pans no longer non-stick, but the outside of the pans had corroded in the dishwasher. The products are rubbish.

Same as alot of others. There scovile pans seem good at first but after a while everything sticks.

Sent the pictures in and got told I burnt them!
Im cooking on a to high heat and I should cook on low...
Never in my life heard of pans you can't cook on high with.
So there guarantee is pointless as when there never stick fails they blame you.
