On time and quality as expected.
Very reliable company

The trophies arrived in time and are of expected quality. However, I did find it a little odd that the plaques were not on any of the trophies and we had to stick them on ourselves. This is not something we have had to do in previous years. Not a huge thing, but time consuming all on the same and the reason for my 4 star rating and not 5 stars as in previous years.

Managed to send the trophies to the wrong person. When advised trophies had not arrived, they investigated and discovered they'd sent to wrong person. They quickly created and dispatched new versions. Product fine for the price.

The trophy has come out perfectly and we are very excited to present it to the winner of our competition. The gold colour added to the engraving really gives it a professional feel.

Quick delivery. Nice looking trophies, a bit smaller then invised.

Bev was extremely helpful and all trophies (of which there were 100s) were delivered on time, fully constructed and accurate.

Loved the personalised medals!
I ordered some medals for my walking netball team. They were great value for money, I loved the option to personalise them with our (newly created) logo stickers. The team were super helpful providing me options to choose from and despite having a fairly quick turnaround, I received in plenty of time. The team all loved the medals and I would highly recommend!
