IMO App does not work - terrible service
IMO App generated invalid QR code.
Staff initially refused washing service based on invalid QR code despite providing payment proof. Staff asked me to pull back my car while 10 cars in the queue were observing. Eventually supervisor rectified the issue by filing a complaint to IMO and car wash service was provided. No free upgrade offered. Even paid 3 EUR extra for pre-treatment of tough dirt.

I recently visited ImmoWash and had a disappointing experience with a voucher issue. I paid using a coupon that was supposed to give me a €5 discount on the UltraWash, which is exactly the service I wanted.
The employee scanned the voucher, then scanned something else, and in the end both the €5 discount voucher and an additional free UltraWash that I also had were marked as used. As a result, both benefits were gone, and I effectively lost the €5 discount without receiving what was promised.
It’s frustrating to lose vouchers like this due to a handling or system error. I hope ImmoWash can improve how vouchers are processed and ensure customers don’t lose valid discounts.
