The services included free tokens for hoover to clean the inside of the car after the outside washing service. I didn’t notice at first, so I asked another customer how to get tokens for the hoover and was told she got 2 when paying for the car washing. I went back to ask for mine and was reluctantly given 1 token only. It was unpleasant to feel treated unfairly.
