Gentleman at the Aberdeen Dyce branch was extremely rude to me. Told me I'm just paying for water and was really unwelcoming. He spoke to me like dirt and told me my "quick pay" isnt quick at all and was visibly annoyed at me.

Voucher takes time to sync
Bought myself a pre-pay voucher before visiting the car wash. It didn't register first time the guys scanned it but they were happy to start the pre-wash and explained it can take some time to show on system. Scan on 3rd go worked before directing me in to the machine for the rest of the wash. Friendly staff at this site

Amazing car wash and very well priced
Amazing car wash and very well priced. Not only was the car wash amazing, the 2 owners of the car wash helped me when I had a flat tyre going through the car wash. The owner actually took my tyre off, Magda took my wheel to a nearby garage to repair and they let me and my 2 kids sit in the office to wait and then fitted my wheel back to the car. They were so kind and helpful when I was stressed. And after all that they put my car through the wash again. Very kind owners who deeply care for their customers. Would recommend this car wash to anyone.

Poor service attendant attention to detail.
I paid £14 for a Rain Protect service and the service attendant who normally does the pre wash, the wheels and the registration plate part of the boot, missed the wheels and the boot, resulting in dirt still remaining. I expected more from a £14 wash.
