Took my car to spondon derby as I've paid for 12 wash package they never soaped car up also the water smelled of drain water absolutely discusting when car came out wasn't properly clean terrible waste of money now trying to get money back avoid these car washes at all costs no care taken a joke I've had to put imo business centre in as spondon 1 not on list I wonder why???
Very bad customer service at this site each time i been visiting on a monthly basis using my free confused.com voucher, the site operator does not want to know unless your paying cash as he says he doesnt make money on vouchers just cash so to deter voucher customers he has a sign displayed "I.T not working, cash only", this inc's credit cards as he says he has to pay commission & cash is king.
Not fair on voucher customers like me as we have the vouchers in good faith.
Furthermore when i have had my car washed at the beginning off the year i did find the wash kept missing the rear off the car which was left unwashed, the equipment is out of date.
I would AVOID if you can, i since started using sainsburys car wash as its much better & you can fill up at same time all for £3.
