Staff was rude, gave unclear instructions and was very annoyed that both my husband and I didnt get how he wanted us to position the car correctly. But he didnt try to explain what he wanted from us. After several trials we somehow got it right although we still don’t know how we did it. After the expensive wash (Ultra HD program) our car has scratches that it didn’t have before.
