Based on your description, you purchased the product to bypass the “iPhone is locked to owner” (iCloud Activation Lock). Please note that this feature has strict requirements regarding both device models and iOS versions. Currently, the Bypass iCloud Activation Lock function only supports devices running iOS 12.0 – iOS 16.7.11 (iOS 12.4.5 & 12.4.6 excluded), and the supported device models are:

iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone SE (1st generation), iPad (5th, 6th, 7th generation), iPad mini 4, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro 9.7-inch, iPad Pro 10.5-inch, iPad Pro 12.9-inch (1st & 2nd generation), iPod touch 6, iPod touch 7.

For Mac users, this feature can also support iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, and iPad Air (1st generation).

Unfortunately, the iPhone 11 Pro is not supported, which is why the software could not solve the activation lock issue on your device. We sincerely apologize for this limitation.
