Very poor customer experience

They send you invites for viewing a specific apartment that you inquired about, the date is of course weeks ahead and when you try to confirm with them that the viewing is still taking place as the date approaches, they send you some random invite to the viewing of another apartment. Then you have to inquire again why they did that and then they tell you that the original apartment you’re interested in is already reserved so the viewing is cancelled. And this on the day when it should have taken place.
