Item never received

Item ordered on the 23rd March with an estimated delivery date by 26th/27th March. As of 4th April I had not received delivery or updates as to when it might occur. Web site just says "there is a delay" with no further information. As so often is the case, its all down to poor or a lack of communication. I appreciate problems can occur but It only becomes a real problem if customers are kept in the dark and have no idea what's happening...

Really bad experience with this…

Really bad experience with this business. The technician who arrived to carry out certification of the business had not been briefed by his company. He was rude, obstructive and barely competent.

In carrying out the work he tripped our intruder alarm and then cut the cable providing the power source when he was unable to reset it.

When we raised our concerns we were subject to a torrent of abuse from the owner of the company. And finally, their ‘report’ was loaded with erroneous recommendations for upgrading which was clearly a crass attempt to ‘upsell’.

We sourced a different company who concluded the certification for a fraction of the cost and yet fully compliant with prevailing regulations.

Do yourself a huge favour and find a different supplier

Hello Hassan, thank you for taking the time to review us however I must dispute the points you have raised. Firstly our engineer is always helpful and polite and has been carries out around 500 commercial EICR tests approx for us per year, so can hardly be called incompetent. I am the business owner and I have never given anyone a "torrent of abuse" in my life, so I'm guessing that the real reason for your review is that you didn't like that we had to grade your business electrical system as "Unsatisfactory". I'm not sure I would feel safe having a electric sunbed and other equipment without RCD protection and with the other many defects listed I'm surprised there hasn't been serious issues sooner. The alarm failed when we turned the power off because it clearly hadn't been maintained in the 17 years since it was installed, which sorts of sums up the rest of the equipment. We still gave you a good quote for the remedial works and you have not even responded to our emails or lodged a previous official complaint with us, so I'm not sure what else we could have done to make things better. I still wish you good luck
