Not a bad AI platform, but not a good one either
Not a bad AI platform, but not good either. It gives you access to many of the more popular image and video platforms. A lot of different companies do this, so the question is, what does ImagineArt do differently to earn your bucks? Not much honestly. The UI is lousy and sometimes hard to navigate through. The site crashes constantly. The worst part is getting a notification every time you go to use the site about some 'Deal' they are running. Every time! I'm literally paying for the service, why am I getting fed ads to the site??? I've tried to address this with the site admins and have heard nothing back from them. On the positive side, the site doesn't cost a lot. You do get a lot of bang for your buck. Videos and images render quickly and you can have a lot going on in the background. But is this site better than others that offer the same services? No.
Update! A day after I left this review, ImagineArt responded with a well thought out and detailed response. I greatly appreciate this! I'm a huge fan of a company that can take a review like mine, listen to my gripes, and make suggestions that can make the user experience better. Thank you ImagineArt! I'll see you soon!

My experience with Imagine Art has been positive. The platform is modern, well-designed, and very easy to use, making the creative process smooth and efficient for both beginners and more advanced users. What stands out the most is the quality of the models, the speed of generation, and the impressive range of creative possibilities the platform offers. The results are often visually striking, and the overall experience leaves the impression of a serious and highly capable AI tool.
I would especially like to praise the website and its models for their usability, consistency, and strong performance. Imagine Art has clearly invested a lot into building a platform that helps users achieve high-quality visual results quickly and effectively. The models interpret prompts very well and deliver outputs that can be both artistic and highly practical, which is a major advantage.
As a constructive suggestion for future improvement, I believe it would be very useful to add more optional tools directly on the platform, such as a DENOISE feature that could be turned on or off so the system can automatically clean up the image when needed. It would also be helpful to include a tool for reducing or correcting visual artifacts. A good example of this kind of flexible control can be seen in the VEO3 model, where users can enable or disable sound depending on their needs. Similar toggle-based options for image cleanup and artifact correction would make the platform even stronger and more versatile.
In addition, although the current results are already very impressive, I believe there is still room for further improvement in realism, especially for users aiming for the most lifelike outputs possible. Continued refinement in that area would elevate the platform even more.

Pauses and causes sytem failure

it would be possible to add a button where users can download ALL their images in BULK. for as long as you have been in business, i cant believe this does not exist at all on your website. please please please add this.
There seems to be an annoying pop-up hover effect every time your cursor simply "hovers" over the side panel buttons. it is quite annoying. perhaps add a slightly longer delay to this?

Great news - bulk download is actually already available! Simply right-click on any image in your gallery, and you'll enter selection mode. From there, you can select all the assets you'd like and download them in bulk. We hope that makes your workflow much easier!

So far I have enjoyed that there are lots of options.
*I have updated my review in the knowledge that I CAN hide my prompt. I love that I can do so and that makes me feel confident in posting my works. So far I have enjoyed that there are lots of models to choose from and the grid layout for when I create. I also love the support and help from the Discord community. I haven't been very social as far as interacting but I feel comfortable there. I haven't been using Imagine for very long, but I hope to really get more acquainted with it and the community. I only see good things so far.

Requested a refund the same day (within policy), never used the service. Instead of addressing the refund request, they pushed a downgrade, then denied the refund and blamed me.
