If I could give this scam company a lower score I would! I was more than patient with the delivery until they thought I was an idiot!First saying they lost the tracking. Then, give it a couple days, over and over. I will prevail! They will not steal from me! If you do not stand up to these idiots they will continue!

BEWARE... ordered Dark Holiday Mischief Collection they are Christmas tree decorations they are showing as 3d in all the pictures and in small writing under one picture away down the bottom of the page it says.... Material: Flat acrylic pendant.. do not buy you will be very disappointed they are not even good enough to put up they are in the bin

I ordered a Christmas tree ornament. The picture was of a 3d object. What I got was a plastic 2d picture of the ornament. do not use this website.

BEWARE SCAM - Faucet Guard Splash Mat Product delivered was nothing like the product advertised. It is cheaply constructed garbage - unusable. Company refuses to provide return instructions or provide a refund. Totally illegitimate Hong Kong based company.

I ordered a featherboard (accessory for a table saw) which arrived with parts missing. after support told me "The warehouse says your order is correct", they offered $2 in goodwill. while the product was not expensive, about $17, it is worthless as it is. I sent the image from their website of the product. they then asked me to ship back to China, at my expense or $5.

I ordered skin cream that was to firm skin. I don’t think is working on firming my skin but it does make my it softer. I received notification for almost a month of the product being shipped from Spain. When I received the package with the return address of 20-23 119th Street, Flushing, NY. When I looked it up is was a car place. No customs stamps or anything. For what I paid for the lotion, I could have gone to the store & get it for $10. Don’t waste your money

The plants are wonderful, tall and healthy. Would have been better if delivery etc hadn’t added £10 to the price, more than I expected.

Portable sewing machine is quite handy, although clearer instructions would make it even easier. I love how convenient and versatile this cable is—charging multiple devices surprisingly fast without any hassle.

Got it recently in solid packaging and decent quality considering its budget-friendly price point. Charges quickly and feels durable enough for regular use. Overall, pretty satisfied and would recommend for anyone looking for practicality and affordability.

Works reliably so far with handy features and convenient design; arrived quickly and customer service was quite helpful.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. It took me two months to get my order. I have no idea if the tracking number was real or not. It took me to a strange page with a vague notice of where my shipment was. When I contacted “support” they could only say it was “in country” and would not respond to a query as to what company was delivering it. I initially had no idea it was being shipped out of or through Spain. The quality of the merchandise is poor. You will be lucky to ever see your order.

I ordered a pair of jeans beginning of Oct. It's now December and still no sign of them. Numerous exchanges. They said they'd send item again. Still waiting!
Tracking info is laughable. Says it arrived in UK in Oct. Nothing since. I raised issue with PayPal who have been awful too. They say that seller has proved they have been delivered with tracking info. I haven't seen this. Altogether a awful experience. £45 thrown away.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a pair of jeans on the recommendation of an IG influencer. They took weeks to arrive and yes, I paid the shipping. What I received was an extremely oversized pair of jeans, not true to the sizing by a long shot and not great quality from China. I reached out to “customer service” to exchange the pair for a size that would fit me and had numerous infuriating email exchanges, probably with a bot, refusing to exchange and repeatedly asking me to kindly donate the pair I received to a friend that could use them. They did offer me US $4 refund. Ugh. This site should be out of business. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM IMAGINARYE.COM!!!!!

What they promise and what they deliver on a scale of 1 to 10 gets a zero. I contacted their customer service and after providing photographs the only thing they offered me was a two dollar refund… it also took a very long time to receive the product, and the tracking app was absolutely deplorable.

DO NOT make the mistake I made. I paid over $30 for a pair of jeans (they initially overcharged me but refunded the overpayment). It took a month to get shipped from China. The jeans arrived nicely packaged but the quality is crap. The sizing is off (much too large), the zipper doesn’t even work. I’m chucking them in the bin -not even worthy of Goodwill donation. I emailed them but of course, no response. Please don’t make the same mistake I made. I stupidly purchased 2 pairs and learned my lesson through throwing out more than $60.
