A business what is supported with an impeccable service. Whatever was the query they have responded with a very kind, fast and unique way. Where there is a need to act Ilona Tambor and her team promptly and quickly finds the Solution, whatever is the issue.
Premium, high class and even more is the quality of the scarf, I melt every time I look onto the pieces she creates. Packaging is a carefully thought out beautiful statement as well.
I warmly recommend and of course would buy from her Again and Again.

I am in the US, so shipping took a while, but not as long as you might think. And the scarf was presented so beautifully. I felt like I was unwrapping a gift. The artistry and quality of silk is heavenly, as it feels divine against the skin. The art is stunning and evocative.

First of all my initial correspondence with Ms.Tambor was excellent! she answered my questions and gave me good options for an out of stock scarf. the packaged arrived without any issues and it was beautifully wrapped!!! I have not looked at the scarf yet (it is supposed to be a Christmas present from my husband) but the anticipation is no less joyful!

Great Quality — Totally Worth It
I ordered three scarves, and each one came in its own stylish box! The quality really impressed me. I’ve got quite a few scarves, so I can tell this silk is the real deal: thick, smooth, and it doesn’t wrinkle. Shipping was super quick too — arrived in less than a week, even though I’m outside the UK.

Your order was dispatched as requested, including the change of delivery address to a different country. According to UPS tracking, a delivery attempt was made, and when it was unsuccessful, the parcel was redirected to a nearby Access Point where it was held for 7 days.
Once we saw the parcel had not been collected, we offered to contact UPS on your behalf to attempt a redirection. However, you chose not to proceed with this option. The parcel is now being returned to us, and as confirmed in our emails, a refund will be issued as soon as it arrives back at our studio.
While the delivery process was beyond our control, we’ve done our best to support you at every stage. We appreciate your intention to update the review once the refund is complete and remain available if you need anything further.
