do not buy any iphone from this site
service is horrible. i ordered iphone 5s on 30 november from this site because it was written that the product will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. i paid online on December 1st. even after 2 months of waiting they did not send the product and even did not communicate and tell the status of the product. i wrote multiple times and their answer was that they do not know when they receive the product from apple shop. they do not have stock in hands and put the products on display for sale. i demanded my money back and still waiting to get my money back. now almost 3 months passed and i wrote them again and now they stopped replying me. bad service. no good business model. they should learn how to run business.
today on march 1st march again i wrote them about my money and i got the answer from the operator that he/she can not do anything and not responsible for repayment.now according to law they should return my money within 30 days and the period is already passed now what action i can take against them? they are playing with me since last 3 months and i think they are grabbing money from the customers by showing them products that they do no have with them. really disappointed. Now I asked the number or email of the responsible person. So far no reply from them.
Today is 11 march and there is no reply from them. I wrote email yesterday and no reply. I wrote again but no answer. I tried to call on phone numbers given on the site but only i hear recorded voice. I can see a lot of people suffer from their poor service and unprofessional approach so you might get some help through the site given below. Again i called today, 24th March, and i got the same reply that next week i will get my money back. When i called last week the same reply i got from the operator. I do not understand the procedure. now almost 4 months are over and still I am waiting for my money. Really bad service.
Finally on 29th March and exactly after 4 months i received my money back. Finally the game is over.
