There were regular emails from Alelei updating me from the moment I placed my order. Even after delivery I had an email asking if everything was satisfactory once I had opened the box.

Nice product, not fitted yet, looks like it will do the job. I am slightly disappointed that the LED lights are exposed behind the mirror, but it will be difficult to see them once it is fitted to the wall so I am hopeful that it will be ok.

Very nice looking and well made mirrors. I have purchased 3 of them so far. That's how much I like them. On one of them I did accidently damaged the side mirror panel with the LED pattern. The design was not available any more, but Joby offered a suitable replacement. All went really well, thank you Joby!

Beautiful mirror, just what I was looking for. Mislaid fitting instructions and Alelei quickly resent them to me. Helpful short videos on website explain how features work. Excellent experience with this company, highly recommended.

We recently bought a bathroom cabinet from Illuminated Mirrors. I can't comment on the function of the cabinet itself, as it is not yet in place in the bathroom, but the experience of purchasing the cabinet was excellent. I had a number of specific needs and questions relating to the lighting, which were answered promptly and in detail by Alelei in customer care, who I cannot praise too highly. We were also offered independent switching for the two light sources, as requested, at no extra cost. This is a company that go the extra mile to help their customers.

Third time I have bought a mirror from illuminated mirrors and they have always look good and are very reasonably priced. Everyone we have shown our latest pill mirror light to, thinks it looks amazing.
