Excellent products
Had not used Illamasqua for a while for various reasons, but am so happy I have returned. The products are simple gorgeous, lovely to use. I had forgotten how lovely. The Antimatter lipsticks are just divine and the foundation the same. So light on the skin but a good coverage and the lipsticks stay. Hydra veil is an excellent product aLeo and lovely under the foundation.
Illamasqua are an efficient company, delivery is spot on.
Would recommend.

Sent 2 incorrect items
Sent 2 incorrect items, then refused to provide an email address that you can reply to, after an webpage error, had to get PayPal involved. Very frustrating half my order was wrong used the website to report this tried to upload via there site using camera directly, then tried to upload a zip file, picture, then a screenshot and even the error message in a screenshot, they just kept asking me to upload a picture? How? I asked for an email I was ignored 4 times. Note file size was way below 3b size required. Fed up with poor service, I had to open a case with PayPal uploaded the time stamped images. I have been buy for over 10 year 2013 a shame that the service is so awful. It should not be a job for the customer, to get what they ordered or a email address. Still awaiting a response via PayPal from illamasqua?? so let's see if the banking can help where you failed.

I received a concealer which did not…
I received a concealer which did not match the colour swatch on the website. I tried to exchange it and was unable too.
I am now left with a really orange concealer, which definitely is not fair colour.
Shocking customer service.

I could not redirect my parcel. There is no such option while their courier service is ready to listen only to them. So be prepared to lose your order and your money if something goes wrong.

The best foundation
The best foundation, I’ve tried so many and it’s defo one of my favourites! Long lasting full coverage and plenty of shades to choose from! Love that you can buy testers too to double check your shade!

Very average
Very average. Bought foundation on sale ,cellophane wrapping only, would be dissatisfied if I paid full price for it. Product itself very average,had better foundations from budget brands. Doesn’t blend well and very very dry on skin, sinks into lines I didn’t think I have .
