Missing Order Item but Great Make-Up
I originally gave this a 1 star review as I struggled to get hold of someone to send out an item that was missing from my order. After that review, I was promptly contacted and the issue was resolved quickly and politely, and I was given an apology for the mistake. The staff were very helpful. I will update this post again once I’ve tried my full Illamasqua make-up look. From past experience, I love their foundation as it doesn’t react with my sensitive skin and the coverage is good for my rosacea. Looking forward to trying their other products over the next few days.

Responsive customer service but not a…
Responsive customer service but not a great service. Order foundation online as there are no stores nearby. I used the shade match tool and bought the shade advised . This came a d I could tell it was to orange looking. Contacted customer services who could not offer an exchange as I had broken the seal. This is fair enough I guess but there are other brands out there that are willing to swap or at least help with advising on a new shade . I know it's taking a risk buying online.

Pump on my foundation is not working…
Pump on my foundation is not working and I'm struggling to return the product. I have asked for a replacement or refund and the foundation is ready to be returned but there have been 4 messages between us so far and no offer to replace or refund or provide a returns label. Customer Service don't seem to want to do anything. I am unable to provide a batch number because it is not on the box or product container. Meanwhile I've paid for something that I can't use.

Lovely products but customer service needs work
What I bought was good quality, I think the customer service needs a bit of fine tuning. 60% off and then advertising extra for nhs was a bit misleading. When the code didn’t work I went through days of different customer service agents, who used many different ways to “fix” the problem, from me putting the code in wrong to there being an issue with IT, I went ahead with the idea that the discount would be honoured, after I was told it had been sent up the line to look at. Days went by so I asked again, only to be told the extra discount isn’t valid with the discount. Fair enough but what was the point of hours and hours of speaking to customer service? Do they not know this basic customer information or have I been fobbed off.
Regardless I do really like the things I bought, especially the primer, really holds everything in place. If the customer service had their stuff together it would have been a 5.
